Many years ago I brought in a lot of business for Kelowna Self Storage as I suggested their business a lot for storage rentals and Uhaul rentals too and even rented the odd time there too myself of various Uhaul sized trucks. They used to suggest my moving help business at times and without any reason why or explanation when I asked as I was just ignored by the awful lady manager, they stopped the suggests and has to go two ways! My bus. cards were still in there though but not being handed out as I sent in a mover helper posing as a potential customer to ask who they knew that provides move help and they did not suggest me and he noticed my cards were behind another mover's! Not good at all. So then yes I posted a negative review...wouldn't you too...? 2. Today I was refused a rental from them as other my go to location was all out as end of month and they had one there to suit my size need dispatch said as we called and when we called she said she will not rent to me and will now be letting Uhaul know of this! Awful person she is! The worst of all! Come forward if you have had a bad experience too with her, please, so they get a new shiny manager there in place, finally! June 30, 2019. N. All good my husband has been using the cc for many things and whoops it was declined she calls back and we immediately transfer the quoted amount onto a prepaid card and in return she try's to take 53.00 more than the quoted amount and calls us back saying we don't fit in in there building because now she has has 2 cc declined. Speechless my husband hangs up Omg did she give us the right amount no!! Did not even give us the opportunity to rectify the rite amount on our pre paid which would have been done in 30 seconds or less So we are left empty handed with no storage and if I am not mistaken illegal action taken by the company of charging a non agreed upon charge on a persons cc I'll figure it out but after I cool down as to who to call for illegal transaction of a credit card!!
