I had a birthday celebration. I went in to purchase (number) balloons 3 & 4 once arriving home the 3 popped. I called and they said to come in and they would replace it. I went back and got the new balloon. Once arriving home the 4 popped. The balloons were NOT close to anything that would cause them to pop. They popped from the inner seal. At this point I was frustrated. I called party city/ staples and they told me it was a one time courtesy to exchange the balloon so nothing could be done for the second balloon. I was disappointed but still needed a 4. I drove to my local dollar tree and just bought it there. I definitely appreciate the transparency and the one time courtesy. As a customer we are not always right however I would have appreciated if they would have verbally communicated their policy on balloons and exchanges at the time of purchase. Service 2/5 Value 1/5 Price 2/5 ~ everyone has different, so be kind~ The heart I purchased is still good hasn't popped and it's beautiful, did cost more so I'm hoping it lasts (Picture with ballon's near tv, nothing is hot.
