Upon receiving my parts i received a dunlop front tire for a motorcycle in a box that was labeled as closeout panels. I contacted them only to receiver the run around and to tell me that i need to check with polaris. They acted like they didnt believe me even after i emailed them a pictures of the tire and the box. I have been in a constant struggle tring to receive a refund and have offered to ship the tire back but cant get anywhere. I even filed a complaint with paypal and they didnt do anything either saying that i received my part. I would rate this company very low on service and customer satisfaction. These folks listed a 2008 Suzuki Boulevard C90 and were kind enough to take a $200 down payment via PayPal until such time as I could come look at it in person from Louisiana. They even installed a brand-new Memphis Shades windshield on it at my request without asking for additional payment. It took me three weeks to get there but I found the staff pleasant and helpful. No complaints. I bought the bike and rode it home. LOVE IT!!! Great highway machine! I would not hesitate to buy another bike there although at my age it's likely this will be my last bike. A HUGE "thank you" to Wheeler Powersports for working with me on this purchase by allowing me time to get there. Kudos to Simon (my sales rep). Thanks for your help in making this purchase possible.

Very disappointed in the Fort Smith Harley Davidson dealership sales team manager. They sold me a…read morebike a little over a year ago I've had issues with it since day one. Went to try to trade it today and they offered me way less than Half of what I paid last year stating that they couldn't sell my bike do to it being modified with other parts that was not Harley and they can't sell this because they can't sell a warranty for it. Would have been nice if they would have just never sold this to me to begin with because it is still the same parts as it had when I bought it last year guess they must have changed their policy since last year and don't care that the royalty screwed me. Hope this stealership gets a revival soon in their sales team. There other departments are good this review is just for the sales manager.

The guy at the parts was absolutely NOT helpful the taller and thinner one was more knowledgeable and helped us more Anyway the rude man claimed they didn't have that part okay fine and all so my husband started to walk back up to the sales floor because he is getting ready to buy another set of wheels but turned back to the worker (not the taller one) and the worker literally grabbed his computer and was acting like my husband was trying to rob him. My husband was trying to lean onto the counter past the tires that are all stacked up to give him him our number so he could order it and give us a call. That man grabbed his computer screen like he was gonna get robbed and said "we don't give out part numbers". The part cost under 2 dollars. We travelled over an hour to go there. That was super ridiculous on the large workers part. 2 bucks man 2 bucks really? Probably will buy in Muskogee next time. Oh by by the way the OEM # was 293730080. If that helps any.
