They truly want to do first rate service, and do everything possible to achieve that goal. I'm impressed with how far they go to satisfy the customer. Shelby, the Service Advisor, and Robert, the mechanic, have been so helpful in getting my bike fixed to perfection. They were even very generous with their help so I could do the installation of a factory CB radio myself. Many dealers would have said bring it to them. Shelby was so helpful in providing the knowledge I needed to do the installation on my own. You can't beat that kind of service. The service department has earned my trust with solid service and very fair pricing. I don't expect more than that.

These folks listed a 2008 Suzuki Boulevard C90 and were kind enough to take a $200 down payment via PayPal until such time as I could come look at it in person from Louisiana. They even installed a brand-new Memphis Shades windshield on it at my request without asking for additional payment. It took me three weeks to get there but I found the staff pleasant and helpful. No complaints. I bought the bike and rode it home. LOVE IT!!! Great highway machine! I would not hesitate to buy another bike there although at my age it's likely this will be my last bike. A HUGE "thank you" to Wheeler Powersports for working with me on this purchase by allowing me time to get there. Kudos to Simon (my sales rep). Thanks for your help in making this purchase possible.
