Owners: TC and Jessica - TC often made statements and then tried to go back on them; Jessica stated that she did not know what was included in packages and tried to use updated ones instead of the package we booked over a year prior Coordinator: Janet - consistently messed up details despite "noting them in our file" From the beginning, communication was inconsistent. Information on Falls website, Aisle Go (booking platform), and what was discussed in person often conflicted, leaving us unclear about what was actually included in our package. We were also verbally offered upgrades that were later denied because they were not documented. During planning, several details we finalized were repeatedly recorded incorrectly despite multiple corrections. A month before the wedding, I discovered our cake order had not been submitted to the bakery. At our tasting, there was no cake available because the bakery had been given the wrong date. We also learned shortly before the wedding that access to the venue was limited to two hours before the event unless additional fees were paid, a policy that was never disclosed during booking. We also experienced issues with vendors included through Falls. One photographer never responded despite multiple follow-up attempts. With the DJ service, promised deadlines were missed, edited songs were not provided until the morning of our wedding, some edits were incorrect, and ceremony music was mistimed. Unfortunately, many wedding-day details were also wrong despite being discussed repeatedly during planning meetings. These included: * Incorrect chair sash placement * Wrong centerpiece setup * Champagne placed at our sweetheart table despite being offered an alternative * Food and drinks promised during photos that were never provided * Wrong sauce served with pasta * An aisle runner that was never placed * Incorrect dessert table setup * Guestbook table not set up until requested * Incorrect table numbers and seating arrangements that required correction by our wedding party Several guests reported never receiving wedding cake, despite having two tiers available. We were also told leftover desserts and cake would be packed up for us, but that did not occur as promised. When weather forced our ceremony indoors, staff made no effort to protect the floral arrangements we had paid for. Decorations were damaged or went missing, and one item supplied by our florist was never returned. There were also not enough chairs set up for guests at the indoor ceremony. Additional concerns included staff appearing frustrated when questions were raised and multiple guests reporting that the bartender was wearing headphones and talking on the phone while serving drinks. No wedding is perfect, but the number of communication issues, planning errors, and wedding-day mistakes was extremely disappointing. What was most frustrating is that nearly every issue involved the venue or vendors contracted through Falls, while the vendors we hired independently performed exactly as expected. I wish I could leave a more detailed review. I hope future couples or event hosts reconsider using this venue.

The roast beef was a little tough for me but the green beans were good; I'm not really a fan of rice so I didn't even try it. There was a bartender also, who was pretty friendly also. We celebrated our daughters first year anniversary rather than the traditional reception. Like so many weddings, our celebration was delayed a year. The tasting at Knowlton mansion was a perfect way to get excited about the wedding. I truly enjoyed sampling all the appetizers and entree choices. The cake and fillings were all amazing. My daughter, the bride, was well taken care of by the Bridal assistant, Danny. Danny offered champagne to us upon arrival. She was sweet and kind and helped us bustle my daughters dress which was no easy task! Not only did we enjoy the ballroom, but the bride gets full access to the upstairs rooms for changing, hair, makeup etc. there was an incredible stone wine cellar we took advantage of too. Let's not forget the outside tent and fire pit. The servers and bartenders were very attentive as was Chris, our wedding coordinator for the day. The service was friendly and kind. I visited for a baby shower but I also had a quick mini tour. Inside most of its historical integrity has been maintained. Outside the grounds are lovely and manicured to perfection with view for a almost spooky glaring lights shining on the house in the evening. This would make a perfect haunted house or a place to take your children for trick-or-treat. But truly the inside is a stunner it's decorated with decor that appears to be between the late 1800 and early 1900s. The attachment or extra space built at the side or back of the home is where you have catered events. This space is very large and can accommodate 200-300 people if not more. On the grounds there's a beautiful Pergola where I'm sure a bride and groom can take the most stunning pictures. The staircase inside can also make for a great photo op! The staff was friendly, the house and grounds are a stunner. I will have to do some research to see if they catered the event because everything I mean everything was delicious.
