Dr. Viechnicki is has probably the greatest bed side manner of any doctor I've ever met in my entire life hands down! I'm not sure how he always manages to be so unimaginably calm and gentle and reassuring, but he never fails. He explains all the procedures in detail at every visit and is more than happy to answer any questions. My son absolutely adores him and appreciates the fact that he always tells him what's going on during the adjustments and prepares him when he might do something that might hurt. Kayleigh at the front desk is incredible as well and worked extra hard to make sure I am getting the most from my insurance. She is always friendly and helpful and was incredibly accommodating the one time I needed to come in for an unscheduled appointment to fix a brace that had come loose. There are also fun little touches that the staff does like "coins" earned for each appointment, "guess the # of candy" contests and meticulously writing up each kid's name on the front board during their birthday month. I've take both my kids to Smilelogic (My first son was thrilled with how his teeth turned out) and I've never had a bad visit. I couldn't recommend them any more highly :)

I have explained to them several times that she doesn't go by her legal first name. Only one girl at the front desk gets it right every time. The orthodontist who actually installed her braces was great. The front staff, not so much. When they aren't being completely rude to clients, they just sit around and gossip about people. What finally did it for me is they started using an AI-based phone system, where you can't even get anyone on the phone. They sent me a text saying that my daughter's appt. was going to be for this past Monday. When my son and my daughter got to the office, they told us that they don't even have Monday ortho appts. The AI rescheduled it again for this upcoming Friday, but we can't make it and now I can't get anyone on the phone to reschedule it!!! This place stinks!
