Drew up a beautiful plan. Informed me initially of when/what the crew was doing. They were here, on time, respectful, professional, no mess, I never bothered him for further scheduling . We are so so sad. We have had George and his Dad Jeorge take care of our yard for three year's now…read more We have had problems with our irrigation system that George had originally installed. We have been charged an additional $300.00 to fix what Sun Valley Yard Care Originally installed. To add insult to injury George pruned our Ivy in our courtyard and took a sprig for himself. The Ivy trunk was damaged and the Ivy died. Please see the photos attached and judge for yourself. We are senior citizens on a fixed income, we feel so cheated and sad.

His guys were skilled, on time, efficient, and well mannered. They were always very respectful of our property-- didn't leave trash everywhere, cleaned up at the end of the day, etc. I can't say enough wonderful things. It's very hard to find a good company who takes pride in their work. It also is hard to find a company that you can trust when giving a large deposit which was why we went with Tom's company. I personally shook each of the workers hands when they left because I wanted to ensure that they knew how thankful I was for how great of a job they did.
