I have never been treated so rudely in my life until dealing with their staff, so now I'm left to find Decent Care on my own !!!I hope that anyone who reads this stays very clear of this location in Caldwell. They are literally no help. I finally got my last-minute medication which I can't even go off of ...this place is a joke don't ever go near there if you want actual care.. I was referred to West Valley Spine and thought, "Okay, it's going to be a long time before I hear from them to set up an appointment." Wrong. They contacted me a couple of weeks later and I got in there soon after, too. They have two locations, in near downtown Meridian and in Caldwell. Been to both locations and saw the same doctor and assistant, Sarah Wilson and Edgar. This whole situation is brand new to me and I was a bit apprehensive, but I need not have been. Both were so friendly and took their time to explain everything. Sarah is very knowledgable and she has my trust. Recently had to go in for a second look-see as my pain has increased-dang those family genes. They got me in right away and again I was met with professionalism and friendly folks. Now, I get to experience some physical therapy (review later on that one).

The…read morestaff was amazing from start to finish, and Shelby took care of me, along with several other nurses while they were prepping me for surgery. As soon as my surgery was complete, Shelby and the rest of the staff followed up with me as well as the surgeon, Dr. Nikola. He even had homemade chocolate chip cookies for all of his patients that day. I enjoyed it after my surgery, and then they rolled me out to meet my ride. Departments don't talk to departments. My doctor had to fax them multiple times my implant was safe for MRI, finally they cleared it but the appointment department doesn't see that the tech department cleared it. BUT no one calls back. NO one knows how to do their job. They answer the phone but tell you that they can TRY and help you but no one has. I have dozens of phone calls out to them and a quarter of them returned my calls but without help. March 15th the request was sent to them by my doctor and I still don't have an appointment. At this point, if you are reading this, I should just go to another facility.

They were excellent in every way. My dissatisfaction is with the owner of Imaging Center of Idaho who has not refunded my deposit made for the MRI that ended up not happening. The deposit was made July 30, and it's now Sept. 20 and I was told originally that it would take 2 weeks for the refund. I called again today and was given another ambiguous explanation. I'm not happy with the business practices of this facility. After going to another MRI for a successful test I was told that the practice of asking for a deposit is not standard. When and if I receive my deposit I will adjust my review.
