I only got a pedicure which should have came out to $40-$45(per the menu) I believe. The place I went to before this many times had full pedicure with gel for $35. I didn't think anything of it and figured gel was included and if not they'd let me know. Well it wasn't included and they put gel on me and then at check out asked for $65. I asked why it was so much more and they said well gel is an up-charge, I asked why was I not told or asked if that was ok. The response was well we figured you wanted gel and just put it on. I said it would have been fine if asked but this felt like they just did it to up-charge me more. I was expecting $45 not $65 and that's a huge jump with no explanation. They said they could give me $5 off or take it completely off and repaint with regular gel. Which in the end would be wasting more product and time. I would NOT go here again only because they're not transparent at all and were rude when called out about it. It's not hard to communicate and they failed to do so, be sure if you try them you ask them about everything they do.

My Daughter is currently in a medical rehab center after having a Mani pedi at OMG Nails in Decatur…read moreAlabama she had to have an amputation of half on her right foot and 2 toes on her left foot, she told the girl to please be careful she's diabetic after having 1 toe clipped and the girl seemed to purposely cut and be ruff, my Daughter felt something in her heel a few day's later and her husband picked out a piece of pumice stone and puss came out, later on she started having issues with infection in her toes, she was supposed to have a kidney transplant and when she went in for testing to schedule surgery, they found the infection, my Daughter is now unable to have her transplant and may lose her life, she's been in and out of ICU in hospitals since the incident and spent 2 months in UAB MICU. I spoke to an employee at Decatur Morgan Hospital who said she also had a pedicure at OMG in February for Valentines day and her toe was so messed up it's never been the same. Yes, we spoke to an attorney and we're told the minute my Daughter said she was diabetic, she should have been told they couldn't do the pedicure unless they had the correct training. I have pictures for proof from the very beginning of the issue up to currently. ​
