so I went to the salon initially to get my nails done just a fill-in from my previous appointment they put what's called a fiber polish on my nails instead of filling my nails in with acrylic like what was on their previously they break over a week I had to come and get them fixed multiple times and they were charge me $50 for them to soak off what they put on my nails and I didn't ask for I go into the store and wait over an hour for the owner to arrive back only need to find out he's not gonna be there and the same person that messed my nails up wanted to fix them after I specifically asked for someone else and I got nothing that I asked for an overly charged. read more

Don't let the guy do your manicure. I asked him not to cut my cuticles short as they bleed. Not only did he cut them short he didn't push them back before hand. It hurt and he just kept cutting! Now my cuticles are peeling and red! read more

A few weeks ago I went to OMG nails for a pedicure. After a short wait, I was given a chair, the water was run, and I put my feet in the water. About 45 min. later I had still not been helped and I said that I was leaving because I needed to pick my husband up from an appointment. They asked me to wait a few more minutes while they finished someone else up. I said no but she finished quickly and promised me she could be done in 20 min. I agreed thinking I had time. She did work fast but just as she was ready to start the polish, I had to leave because my husband called. When I checked out I explained to the man taking the money what had happened but he still charged me full price. I did not have time to hassle with him or I would have. I have patronized this business many times but I will never set foot in it again. Which is too bad because this was not the responsibility of the pedicurist who was very sweet and felt badly. read more

Honestly the best place in Decatur. Be sure to book an appointment though. It can get busy and I suggest booking a specific nail tech, some are better than others. Last time I went prices were decent as well and they have always been pretty consistent! read more

If I could leave lower than 1 star I would. I went to OMG for a pedicure. I was told it would be a 30 minute wait and that was fine. 45 minutes into my 30 minute wait, I noticed not 1 but 2 cockroaches! I stepped on one and the other scurried away. I went up to the desk to scratch my name off of the list and told one of the nail techs that I had just killed a roach. He shrugged his shoulders, not caring at all. If you're OK with roaches, this is the place to go. read more

Do not get a pedicure in here, my toe got so infected I had to be in oral and ointment antibiotics so the infection wouldn't spread. My big toe got swollen and red/purple. I never in my life had a problem getting pedicures. read more

I don't understand how this place would have any high ratings. ***COMPLETELY UNHYGIENIC!*** My first impression was that this place does not use disposable liner for the pedicure chairs. I did not see them scrub the tubs down after each customer so, that leaves the next paying customer exposed to fungus and bacteria. Make sure you bring in your own liner!!! read more

This is normally my go-to place, but I have never been treated with such lousy service. I came in for dip nails and the guy who I was assigned to, stayed on his phone the entire time, literally FaceTiming people. When he would try to talk to me, he would slap my hand with the Emory board to get my attention. Not only were they not color/shape I wanted, he left glue on my hands and fingers. Let me preface this review by saying I have never once gone back to a salon to have anything fixed. I had a mani/pedi at OMG nails last night. The manicure was thickly applied and was smudging 1.5 hours later. I went and asked if they would fix but he said it would be another charge. So they just lost my future business. I think part of the problem was their fan at the station was broken. But still... they should fix a problem like that. read more
