It has been years since I treated myself to acrylic nails from a salon. My son's girlfriend recommended this place. I took a picture of the nail color and art I wanted. The girl who did my nails just kept telling me no with no explanation about what was not doable. I went in for deep brownish purple nails with copper accents. I left with horrid, thick, purple, LUMPY nails. They look like when I ordered a diy nail dip set during quarantine. Please do not waste your time and money here.

I went to this place to get a pedicure and my big toe hurt for a few days afterwards. Come to find out later it was infected and puss came out everywhere. I don't care where you go just avoid this one. My wife ended up having problems when they punctured her during her manicure TWICE. The bleed was slow but it did not stop for about an hour, but not serious enough to go to the doctors.

Although this is not the worst nail job I've ever had, I did leave with two bleeding fingers and uneven nails, and I didn't even the color I asked for. Then when I finished my polish removal and it was time to pick the color they didn't even give me the right one. Instead just asked if I liked pink, I said sure because At that point it wasn't worth the fight. My color ended up being pretty nice but I definitely did not receive what I asked for.

I used to frequent here but hadn't been back in years after waiting nearly 2 hours WITH AN APPOINTMENT. Took my daughter on 10/13 for a special day out. A young lady did hers and a young guy did mine. The lady didn't even get the edges of her nails and her gel is peeling 2 days later. My nails look like they've been growing out for weeks.... Not to mention how unevenly mine are filed. My overlay is so thick that it looks ridiculous. They were also gossiping about us, looking back and forth between us, giggling to each other. Paid almost $70 for this crap.... I'll stick to Beaute Nail Spa. Lesson learned. read more

Never again. Absolute horrid work. I went in and they were busy, which I understood. I didn't understand why 2 ladies with no appointment were seen before me but I wasn't in a hurry. The owners wife did my nails and not only are they uneven and too short, the gel isn't evenly distributed on the nail! See pics- this is day 2 after getting them done. I had to make an appointment to get them fixed. Excuse they look so bad. I will never go back and do not recommend this place. read more

I got a pedicure. There were COVID protective curtains between me and the manicurist and the salon was clean and smelled nice. We weren't rushed and I loved the long foot massage. To top it off, I walked out of the salon and completely forgot my wallet. I went back days later and they had tucked it away for safe keeping. Friendly, honest service. They'll be the only salon I visit now! read more

Well I gave this place a second chance and NEVER AGAIN!! The guy I had rushed so much because there were a lot of people. He literally gave me a 45sec foot rub on each foot. It's not my problem that there is a line. I am a paying customer and should be given 100% attention! I took my dad in and NO WHERE does it say men are $30. Women are $25... this is possibly the dumbest thing I have EVER heard. I will never be going back ever again! There are a lot of other and much better places. read more

Such nice people! Learned tonight that the owner's brother is a minister in Viet Nam who holds church in his home even under threat of arrest. They have brought one of the children to the States so she can be free from the threat of arrest. They always do a good job and I am always pleased with the results! Plus they have a 100% health dept. rating! read more

My elderly mother went there this weekend. The owner's wife put her feet in cold water and wouldn't fill it with warm water after she asked. The owner's toddler ran around the building the entire time, which caused the woman to constantly have to stop and tend to him. She started to clip my mom's toenails, but then pushed her chair away and held her nose and said "BAD!" She did this TWICE. My mother had just showered and had been soaking her feet in the cold tub provided. This is so unbelievably rude and unprofessional. This place was good when they first opened, I'm not sure what has happened. We will never go back. read more

Happened to be visiting friends in town and gave this place a try based on other yelp reviews. I walked in and was greeted right away and offered a bottle of water. I got a manicure and pedicure for $35, was in and out in about an hour, and my nails look great. Friendly service and 100 health rating. I would definitely come again if I'm up this way. read more

They were kind of rude and acting like it was killing them to wait on me. They lady that did my pedi barely said two words to me. She got polish all over my skin. There was a kid in there that belonged to the owner I guess and he was running around and screaming nearly the whole time. The only reason I gave one star because it was pretty clean. Then I was nicked several times while he was cleaning up my cuticles, but once was the worst I've ever been cut and would not stop bleeding. I probably should have left honestly, because instead of applying pressure and waiting for a few minutes for the bleeding to stop, he put some liquid on it and kept going... and it kept bleeding. I'm still trying to get it cleaned up and wearing a band aid over that finger to keep it clean and the antibiotic ointment on. That's not the look I was going for for my holidays nails at all. I also had originally asked for glitter, which he applied and told me was no charge due to cutting me, but I also didn't get to pick that color, so I'm glad I didn't have to pay lol. Overall it would have been a very weird experience even without being cut, but that just pushed it over the edge. I wouldn't be interested in returning.

They said they could give me $5 off or take it completely off and repaint with regular gel. Which in the end would be wasting more product and time. I would NOT go here again only because they're not transparent at all and were rude when called out about it.
