They have an excellent range of shops for women's dresses (Reiss, Hobbs etc) and lots of athlete attire stores like Nike and Under Armour. I often find the Reiss discounts are some of the best for the quality you're getting. They also have a good food court with fast food and some nicer places like Wagamama. The Cadbury's store is great if you're looking for bags of mini chocolates. My best friend loves strawberry creams and they sometimes have entire bags of just them. At Christmas they have some great items too, but not very heavily discounted. Nice place to walk around and a great shopping centre for wedding outfits etc.

We got to experience it during the Christmas holidays, which was nice for sight seeing. It opens at 9 am on weekdays, and the outside doors opened to the public about 5 minutes before. Many of the stores open soon after. The 3rd story consists of a variety of restaurants, all of which were closed that early in the day. Instead, quite a few coffee shops were open, including a lot of Costa's. The center of the mall consists of elevators and a set of escalators. Even at 9, there were quite a few people working and browsing.

Stores in the Dolphin centre include big names such as Boots, New Look, Top Shop, and Beales. The variety is quite vast and caters for all needs. There are plenty of shops that are set on two levels with plenty of parking in pay and display multi story car parks. The Bus station and train station are joined onto the Dolphin centre so access by public transport is just as easy. The Dolphin centre boasts many coffee shops and food outlets allowing everyone to take the weight off and enjoy a little bit of a break. The Dolphin Centre is always clean and tidy but it can get busy especially on Saturdays and sale times. For a days shopping why not try Poole.

The building itself boasts a huge and historic watermill outside that used to function a few hundred years ago. The inside has now transformed into a variety of mini shops: barbershop, book shop, bridal shop, antique shops, and a garden center. There's also a cafe and tea spot. You never know what you'll find. If you have a spare 30 minutes and are in the area, stop by to walk around and smell the historic smells, learn about the watermill, and continue on your way. Tip: there were lots of books here for only £1. That's a win in my BOOK.
