There is another building on the premises that is a separate boutique store called Pink & Frillos, but that wasn't open when we stopped by. It's a little bit of a lot of things, but what we experienced was nice. They also rent some part of the place as an event venue. I'm not sure if they still do u-pick apples, hayrides, corn mazes etc. or not. We ordered a meat, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich, a couple coffee drinks, and a doughnut. The employees were not overly friendly or even really smiling, so I agree that they could have been friendlier - they all seemed to be high school or college age. Our order was done quickly and we settled in to eat. The sandwich was hot and the croissant was buttery and soft. I really liked the crispy bacon on the sandwich. It was a good portion to split along with the cinnamon sugar doughnut, which was fresh and fluffy. My oat milk latte was decent but nothing special. They use Madcap coffee at Frugthaven. Overall we had a nice time and I'd come back to try the hard cider. There's some outdoor seating and the bar area looked spacious and airy. The old timey barbershop is cool, but feels a bit weird and out of place. Otherwise the other elements of the business seem to fit. They seem to be catering to an older/Millennial crowd that wants a good shot for Instagram, versus the more family-friendly farm that it used to be.
