I could not be happier with any tradesperson than I am with Dan and his helper Brandon at MX…read moreElectric, who work together well on most of MX Electric's residential service calls and implementations. First, Dan knows his stuff and will only do things the correct way. He focuses on current and future plans and makes sure to allow flexibility for continuing projects when completing the requested work. Second, they are meticulous in preparation and cleanup, exhibiting respect for your property and belongings, covering all surfaces where needed, cleaning up after. Third, Dan is very familiar with home security systems and can help design the right camera placement for your property. He is honest and doesn't try to persuade you to do more than what is required just to increase costs. Fourth, the quality of work Dan does is top-notch. There are no crooked fixtures/switches or loose wires. They always focus on safety and never rush through and leave anything unfinished, even late on Friday afternoons! MX Electric is lucky to have these professionals in their company. As a picky homeowner, I heartily recommend MX Electric whenever asked who I use at my home. They always communicate with me in a respectful manner when I ask questions or have (too) wild ideas. I can not recommend MX Electric enough.

We called another place first but they were slow in getting back to us so I called Top Quality Aire. They came out immediately and explained everything, giving us a few options. We decided to go with a whole new unit. The best part was the price! It was about 1/2 of what I know others would charge for a whole new system! It would have been installed within 2 days but the weather didn't cooperate so it was a few more days. We also discovered at the last minute that our thermostat wasn't working right either so he put a new one in and didn't even charge for it! It's all working fantastic now and we HIGHLY recommend this company!! It's hard to find a service company these days that actually gives you a good price without over-inflating the cost for their own profit. This company will give you a great deal! Thanks Top Quality Aire!!

Very Disappointing Experience -- I Would Not Hire Again…read moreUnfortunately, my experience with this company was extremely disappointing. The installation was poorly done, and the AC unit only worked for approximately one month before all of the refrigerant leaked out. The overall workmanship and professionalism were also concerning. Trash and debris were left throughout the work area, and the installer appeared unprepared for the job, including asking to borrow and use my personal tools. Communication became another major issue. There were multiple occasions when the installer did not show up when promised, and eventually communication stopped altogether despite my attempts to reach out. When I contacted them regarding the problems with the installation and asked about warranty coverage, they refused to honor the warranty. I also requested documentation showing that they were properly licensed and insured to perform the work on my home, but I was unable to obtain proof of either. Overall, this experience was frustrating and far below the level of professionalism I expected. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and would not hire them again.
