Sounds pretty shady and greedy to me. A very obvious problem that is directly tied to his service but because he could get away with it he not only scammed the homeowner but also the sub contractor.

They offered to come out that same day, but it was not an emergency so we set up an appointment for the next afternoon. Brockton was again the serviceman and replaced both springs quickly and re-lubricated all of the parts to make sure the door opens and closes smoothly. The price was exactly as we were quoted and he was done quickly. We will continue to use Hey Bo for our garage needs. I just feel bad that we our a little of a long distance for them to travel to us!
