We were unsure of the process for filing the insurance claim and ensuring the work met the insurance company's requirements, and Robert was very helpful in guiding us through it. His workers showed up on time and worked hard (in blazing heat). They were careful with the landscaping and did a fantastic job of cleaning up the property afterward. I just had a new furnace and air conditioner installed by Supreme heating and cooling. They damaged my roof around the stack when they removed the old furnace. After several attempts they failed to fix it. I called Poplar Roofing and explained my situation. They came out on a Saturday three guys they worked about an hour and a half replacing everything that was damaged and making sure that it was completely rainproof and laying new shingles and the price for this was zero. Yes they charged me absolutely nothing for the supplies or the labor!!! They came out and told me I needed not gutters all around my roof, though this had nothing to do with the problem or what I asked for. I went ahead and put the new gutters on. They disappeared. I then called them back to fix the roof problem, which they did. However, a year later I have water leaking on the inside of the house in the very area they worked. It does not take a rocket scientist to discern that they caused the problem. I now have mold. They refused to fix the problem. Very dishonest.
