Fair price; excellent work. Richard doesn't always say what I want to hear - and that bespeaks integrity on proposal and price. He shows up when pledged. If the work is more time consuming than anticipated (e.g. on an old house) - he'll do a comeback or work longer hours, but the price quote doesn't change. Though a small shop, he's a former business owner w/multiple employees so has a client's eyeglasses. In that manner, Richard does problem solving through value engineering. I've encountered several trade folks who deserve a negative review or are "spotty" (good in some things/mediocre in others) -but I unreservedly recommend Richard . . . .and only hope, in doing so, he isn't so busy he cannot be available when I need him again. read more
