The land owner's are refusing to rent to potential buyers (for owners of trailers that wish to move) without 12 months rent prepaid upon purchasing, plus a deposit. (Buyers are retired and have excellent rental history, same residence for 30 years.) They are extorting those of us that wish to move and can't afford to move our 51 year old trailers, FFS. Why? Because when we move, and they don't receive the lot rent ... they assume ownership over our trailers, fix them up, if needed so that they can charge 300-400% more for rent. May they get everything that's comin' to 'em. And so it is! P. S. The town of Marshallville owns the utility company (Power, Water, Sewage) and do not accept any kind of energy assistance, nor any other outside assistance for support in maintenance.

I would highly recommend them to anyone making a small or major move! We had a couple of specialty items that Krupp does not typically handle, but they made all of the arrangements for those two items to be moved by local professionals who do specialize in those items. Cody went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Vernon, Zach, Maddox, Ryan and Hunter were professional and handled each piece as if it were their own. We were also impressed with how respectful they were not only to us, but to one another

Several pieces of china and glasses were broken and there were some things that were missing. They didn't put the tv cords with the tvs and some were missing. They also left two expensive rugs behind. They forgot to bring wardrobe boxes and just threw my clothes in large boxes. They also only accept cash or certified checks. What a disaster!
