The owner Nancy and her husband, Paul (also the manager) were terrible to work with. My husband and I booked our $8,000 Jamaican Honeymoon through them. We requested round trip first class seating and come to find our agent Linda, booked only 1 of 4 flights as first class. They wouldn't refund our money and said it was a "glitch" in Apple Vacations system so it wasn't their fault. They only admitted it was an oversight on their part and didn't catch the "glitch". They were unsympathetic of the situation and tried to compensate us with only a $300 credit. That didn't even put a dent into our troubles! It has been three weeks since we requested the refund of our $2,320 deposit and we still don't have our money back. We will most likely have to take legal action. I would recommend Costco Travel or Travel by Gagnon before using them. Those two agencies have better service and most of all CHEAPER than Antor. Using a travel agency is supposed to take the stress out of booking a vacation, not cause stress. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!

WARNING: BED BUGS…read more We recently booked a stay at this property with high hopes for a relaxing and enjoyable work trip / family vacation. Unfortunately, our experience quickly turned into a nightmare when we discovered the presence of bed bugs in the house. This left us feeling extremely distressed, particularly because we were traveling with our infant daughter, who we feared might be exposed to these parasitical pests. Upon arrival, the property seemed pleasant, and we initially had no reason to suspect any issues. The house appeared somewhat clean and well-maintained, and the host was welcoming and accommodating. However, our perception drastically changed when we noticed bed bugs in the master suite. The moment we saw bed bugs, our first thought was the safety and well-being of our little girl. As parents, it is our utmost responsibility to provide a secure environment for our child, and discovering these parasites in the place we had chosen as our 'home away from home' left us feeling anxious and helpless. We immediately contacted the host to report the bed bud health risks to us and our infant daughter. We expected a swift response. Regrettably, the host's response was dismissive of our concerns and failed to take immediate action to address the issue. They promised the property manager would contact us Friday, and then Monday, to no avail. This unexpected turn of events disrupted our vacation plans and caused us considerable distress and inconvenience. We were forced to find alternative accommodation on short notice, incurring additional expenses not apart of our original budget. With our baby, and 8 bags we carted around Grand Rapids looking for a hotel that would take us. We felt unsafe. We had to wash our clothes multiple times in hot water and dry it on the hottest setting to try and eliminate any bed bugs that may have infested our luggage. Many of our clothes were ruined due to shrinkage. This included Lulu Lemon leggings, jeans, shirts, and sweaters. Our stroller which could not be washed, is now seen as a hazard to my child and our home. We also had to throw away our groceries for the week. The presence of bed bugs in a rental property is an egregious violation of health & safety standards, and is unacceptable for a host to provide an environment that puts guests, especially young children, at risk. We feel disgusted that we had to go through this, but even more-so that this hasn't been taken seriously for future guests by Mitten & VRBO.
