The owner Nancy and her husband, Paul (also the manager) were terrible to work with. My husband and I booked our $8,000 Jamaican Honeymoon through them. We requested round trip first class seating and come to find our agent Linda, booked only 1 of 4 flights as first class. They wouldn't refund our money and said it was a "glitch" in Apple Vacations system so it wasn't their fault. They only admitted it was an oversight on their part and didn't catch the "glitch". They were unsympathetic of the situation and tried to compensate us with only a $300 credit. That didn't even put a dent into our troubles! It has been three weeks since we requested the refund of our $2,320 deposit and we still don't have our money back. We will most likely have to take legal action. I would recommend Costco Travel or Travel by Gagnon before using them. Those two agencies have better service and most of all CHEAPER than Antor.
