I gave them the general theme and colors I was looking for, and the designer (Menna) emailed me templates of different ideas, fonts, wording, etc. The communication was excellent, and they were very easy to work with. Once I was happy with the design, they were very fast in making and shipping the invitations, which were perfect. The paper and printing was high-quality, and the ribbon/bows were hand-tied and looked beautiful. The mom-to-be was so excited when she received her invitation in the mail. It perfectly captured her special event. I was very happy with Down-to-Earth's work, and I would definitely recommend them!

I took it to another jeweler who priced the piece at OVER $5,000.00. I felt so ripped off when Summit handed me the $410 price for a piece of jewelry that has been in my family for over 20 years. I have no idea where they got that price for a piece with over 12 beautiful diamonds in it and the piece is in great condition. the environment in there was very lax and sort of loud. overall, not impressed and they definitely tried to rip me off. not cool.

I have another daughter who will be getting married next year. We've started looking for her dress. We had a great experience at the first place she looked and definitely have some front runners. She had an appointment on a Saturday morning. Five us were there with her. None of us could believe how bad our appointment was. I can't even call her a consultant. She was a flat out sales person. She didn't listen to what my daughter was telling her. My daughter could barely breathe in one of the dresses and the sales gal went on and on about the dress. She literally said to her, "I can tell you don't even want to take it off" as my daughter was saying how she couldn't breathe in it. She was pushing the look over comfort. Most of the time my girl didn't like the look or feel the comfort. Brides are in their dress for hours and hours on their wedding day so of course comfort is important. There was a dress that my daughter kind of liked. She pointed out what she didn't like about it. The sales gal said that all kinds of changes could be made. Now, I know that each of those changes cost money, but she never mentioned that fact. She was also not respectful of my daughter's budget. The sales person was extremely pushy, a little rude, and dismissive. She almost seemed angry that we didn't purchase something that day. I have a third daughter. When it's her time to get married, I know where we won't be going.

When searching for a printing place to help with our wedding programs Inkwell came up. I was…read moreworking with my invitation printing company, but since our wedding program was going to have a lot of specific information we needed to find a company to help with the formatting and set-up. Inkwell was just the place! When my husband first called the office he said he received excellent phone customer service from Cherie. She was helpful and really understood what he was looking for. He was explaining to her how we needed the script for the mass to be printed and she agreed to help with it. Cherie asked for a quick look at what we currently had completed and then a few days later she provided us a quote along with the format she would use. It looked awesome! Once we had the final draft completed of our program we sent it to Cherie and a few days later our programs were ready for pick-up. They looked great and the paper she used was very classy. The programs looked so official and pretty. Even our Church asked where we got them and asked if they could use them as an "example" for future weddings! What a compliment to Cherie and the Inkwell Printing Company. I wish I would have found Inkwell sooner because they can even do printing for save-the-dates, wedding invitations, thank-you cards, etc. What a great find! I will keep them in mind for any of my future printing projects! And I will recommend them to any bride-to-be! Thanks Cherie for your help!

As a fresh new resident of St Louis and moving quickly into a new relationship 3 days after my…read morefirst divorce, I was on the lookout for a wedding venue for marriage #2. I'll spend $1,000 on some shoes but a wedding? No way. My first and second marriage total come to about $150 and if I ever add a marriage #3, the total won't be more than $250. This was 5 years ago and I wasn't picky but we really found a gem. I wanted to get the wedding in right around Thanksgiving to have a future excuse to get out of family holidays. The quick scheduling (less than 2 weeks) and $75 happy hour special (between 12 and 2) were perfect! Canned champagne in the parking lot beforehand, a quick in and out that totaled no more than 30 minutes, a few friends and we were hitched! The morning was spent at the gym and the evening was spent eating waffles and drinking cocktails on Cherokee (after a costume change, of course!). So stress free and cheap. The background used to be pink/rose but it looks like they've painted it a nice grey to update. It also had some wild carpet which looks now to be wood. It is (or was) cheezy in a classy way, if you know what I mean. Now it may be a little nicer which is fine but I enjoyed the quirky charm. When you first come in, you spend a few minutes with the officiant in the office getting things laid out. Then, it's on! We wrote our own vows, made jokes, and overall loved the officiant. I cannot believe people spend so much on weddings when this is just perfect and gets the job done (over and over and over again, if necessary).
