Their selection is excellent and they KNOW their wines. I had a special order and received phone call updates about the order being placed, the arrival estimate of the wine, and when it arrived. I've been coming here for just under 20 years. I am moving away and am sad to say I will truly miss the 5-star service of this place.

Among the many brands I spotted here were Jersey Beer Co., Flying Fish, Victory, Weyerbacher, Yards Brewing, Founders, New Holland, Rock Art... many of these cannot be found in New York City, where I live, even though we're only 70 miles from the Lambertville area. The Imports section is outstanding. I saw some Ecco Domani I had never even heard of (Red Horizon), and tons of Mikkeller and singles and bombers from all over, particularly Belgium. Some American wines too, such as Stone Cellars. They even have a whole section for Christmas beer, many of them vintage! I left with a La Terre that was priced gently. Prices were indeed reasonable, I would say. They look like they're a bit on the high side, but really, for the hard-to-find beers and wines I saw and bought, pricing is alright. Service was very good at first, I was asked twice if I needed anything and offered help. Then it felt as if they had lost interest and, by checkout time, they were busy talking to each other and tending to a whiny little bitch who complained about cleaning dust in the shelves and wanted to get out soon. Weird! But really, this is a great place you ought to visit whenever you're in the westshore area. I want to go back already!
