An issue with our hydro where the owner of the building was plugging in to our power to complete renovations on an adjacent building took 3 months to resolve, after we had to pay two $300+ hydro bills.The agents take up to a week to answer emails if at all, and are basically unreachable by phone. Their attitude was extremely condescending and insincere. If you're a potential tenant, beware.
