I was told I would actually need at least 3 sessions before I saw any changes, so I continued to come back for more sessions. On my third visit they changed up the procedure and tried something different since nothing was working. I brought up another skin issue that was treatable with this same procedure since I was already sitting there. I was then charged for what I had already paid for because they tried a different procedure to fix the problem. I waited weeks and still saw no results, so I reached out asking for a refund. An honorable person would refund you no problem, but that was not the case here. I was told they wouldn't provide a refund for any of the payments I made, even after I provided all of the receipts. They tried to change reality and say what I paid for on my most recent visit was for this other skin issue I had, when it was for the initital problem. Very sneaky, no morals, greedy, do not suggest going here to Encino or any of their other locations. If you don't see results, they don't care and won't refund you. It makes no sense to tell a customer to spend their time coming back over and over, spending money and they can't even provide a refund, since I'm not getting my time back. Dr.Massoudi spoke to me on the phone and had the audacity to say I keep bringing up money, as if it grows on trees and shouldn't care they won't refund me after I see no results. Very rude and disrespectful.

So how can you accomplish this with a visit to a surgery center. Well San Fernando Valley Group made it look easy. The superlative staff starting with the nurses Madina and Jaime were as good as it gets in supporting me through this procedure. I could hear him cussing under his breathe, so clearly the procedure didn't go too well. Upon leaving, the lovely front desk staff told me he would be on call if i had any pain over the weekend. I've been in excruciating pain on and off and called the office at midnight since he's on call, telling the operator Karen about my pain and how I think the nurse wrapped the bandage too tight around my thigh. She called the doctor and told me "he said to call back tomorrow morning" I asked what time and she said she doesn't know.
