The store is modest, but loaded with all your needs for a successful kite surfing experience. Being this was my first experience with Kite Surfing, the staff did an excellent job setting me up with the right instructor and kite surfing lesson package. The management made sure to analyze the weather conditions and kept in contact with me via phone and text leading up to the lesson. Fort Walton Beach Park was the location for Kite Boarding lessons. It is the perfect location for beginners to learn the basics due to the shallow waters and windy conditions. All kite equipment was supplied by XL Kites and was in excellent condition. If you have your own equipment you are free to use it during the lesson. We started out the day with two line training kites learning the basics of kite flying and worked our way up to flying the 19 meter kite surfing kite. Due to Excellent instruction, my experience with stunt kites and wake boarding, I eventually got the opportunity to kite surf across the bay! I AM HOOKED!! Overall my experience was Excellent! XL Kites is a great location and perfect place to purchase all your kite boarding equipment!
