We came in here for blood worms and chicken liver and night crawlers. But blood worms are the best if your going fishing on a charter boat or pier in the Chesapeake. The cost for blood worms today (6/20) was $13 and chicken livers were like $3 and night crawlers are $5. And you can get bags of ice for $2.89-$5/6 depending on the size bag you need. The people up front were soooo helpful and advised us to get blood worms early because they are known for selling out quick!!! Honestly if you are on a boat for 4/5 hours you only need like 2 bags of blood worms and then you can get chicken livers. They also selll alcoholic beverages but they said not till 6:00pm. Just a heads up. The pricing for fancy artificial baits are a little pricey but everything else is pretty reasonable. Definitely a go to spot if you like to fish!!!

The best I have had in a while. The salesperson lint rolled the coat because fur from the hood of other coats was all over it. He also checked the prices for me and informed me about the sales prices. He was very helpful in helping me decide which cost would suit my needs. He explained that all Northface coats and jackets had a lifetime warranty and even items that are Northface, but purchased from another store, could be brought into the store for a warranty claim. At checkout, he offered my 10% off for signing up for emails and the like. Based on the service, selection, quality, and value (especially when sales promotions are on), I am a loyal customer. On my 4th Northface coat and my son is in his 6th since he was a child (now in college) and all of them look and function as good as new. Five stars.

It was kind of painful and took several days to finally get the purchase approved. In any event, the luggage was shipped in a timely fashion and arrived unscathed. Unfortunately, it wasn't exactly what we wanted and some of the features weren't visible via the website so we decided to return it. Since this would have been a fairly large shipment, we checked to see if we could return it to a North face store. The customer sales representative for North face said that we could return it to a North face store but not an outlet that just sells North face items. So, today we made the 2 and 1/2 hour round trip to Annapolis to return the luggage. After parking and schlepping the luggage about a quarter-mile through the mall we found the North face store. The customer service rep at the store then told us we couldn't return it to the store because of an online discount. That didn't make much logical sense since in effect we had paid less than the luggage was worth but we're only asking to be reimbursed for what we had paid. Fortunately, the more senior representative at the store told us that he would ship the luggage back to North face at no cost to us. We just wouldn't be reimbursed until the luggage was received at the warehouse. Not optimum, but certainly better than lugging the shipment back to our house and having to package it ourself. All in all the experience was somewhat frustrating And certainly a waste of a few hours of my life that I will never get back.

I took him up on the offer and got some new line spooled on it, and bought a few other bits of gear. I had no idea what line to really put on it and the owner of the shop "The Bald Guy" lol suggested 12 for what I was doing and another man spooled it up for me. They gave me some local fishing pointers while I was there, and this was all within maybe 5 minutes of their trying to close up and go home. The next day I practiced with the reel and absolutely loved it. Their recommendation was right on, and I didn't pay a penny more for this reel than I would have online, but I got to support a Maryland business, where not only do the salaries stay in Maryland but the profits do as well, and I got to support a local tackle shop which you may have noticed are dwindling. All without spending any more money than I would have anywhere else and with the benefit of people who fish these waters every week giving me real (reel?) advice. Next day I returned with the wife and picked up some more advice and some more gear. Two great visits in a row. This is a true local shop that has a very large supply of gear and advice from real fishermen on tap for you. I love the personalized attention and honest advice you can only really get in a Mom and Pop shop and it's great to be supporting local Maryland businesses.
