Most of the installation went well except for a quartz counter seam that was discolorated and appeared to be from a different shade # and skew than the rest of the quartz we had paid for. Most concerning was the discoluration seam was highly noticeable and was located right in front of the counter island stool area. When i asked Jeffrey why he had ordered a different slab shade he denied it was a different. I took a photo of the shade number beneah the slab and sent it to him, but he did nothing to remedy this issue. In addition at the beginning, i asked Jeffrey to book match the quartz installation, but he did not install it book matched. We paid good money for the workmanship but. Ultimately we were cheated out of proper quartz materials we had purchased from both Trinity and Better Marble. Think twice before you decide to use these companies.

We walked to the grounds, looking at the different units, and Gino came out and looked more like the security guard trying to figure out what we were up to ; no hello or anything. I was wearing work clothes and had a T-shirt that I got in Wisconsin in which he read and said Wisconsin, huh? and after that, his arrogance and inability to smile was so thick that it was almost Uncomfortable. The young man (I won't name) sold me the ramp but refused to install it for me unless I would agree to crawl under my vehicle, unlock my rack and bring it inside where it was cool so he could install the ramp brackets inside the store. He informed me "it's too hot out here and I'm not going to get all sweety so you have to bring your rack inside". I am 80 years old and was not able to remove my bike rack so I stood in the sun on 94 degree day and installed the ramp brackets myself. Great service guys!
