am writing this so others do not make the same mistake we did. We purchased a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek from West Hills Ford, and within days of purchase, the dashboard lit up while driving -- check engine, Eyesight disabled, traction control, brake system, and more. Alarmed, we immediately had the code pulled, then brought the vehicle straight back to West Hills Ford. At that visit, we were told they would "see if they could figure it out," and if not, they would send it to Subaru to diagnose. Instead of actually doing that, West Hills Ford cleared the code, told us it was probably just dirty oil, and sent us on our way. They did not send it to Subaru. They did not investigate further. They did not even check the oil. Let that sink in. This dealership advertises a 30-point inspection, yet somehow: * The oil was filthy * The oil had apparently never been changed by the previous owner * And a vehicle throwing immediate engine and safety warnings was sold anyway How does a "30-point inspection" miss oil that was so dirty it later triggered engine timing faults? How does it miss that the oil hadn't been changed at all? Or worse -- was it never actually done? Because West Hills Ford dismissed us and wiped the code instead of diagnosing the problem, we were forced to spend our own money taking the vehicle to a Subaru dealership. Subaru identified P000D -- camshaft position slow response, a serious engine timing issue. Even then, the problem was still blamed on "dirty oil from the previous owner." And then -- shockingly -- the lights came back. At the 60,000-mile service, Subaru finally confirmed what should have been addressed immediately when we first returned the car: The camshaft sensor is failing and must be replaced. This entire situation was avoidable. The warning signs were there days after purchase. The code was there. We brought the vehicle back. West Hills Ford acknowledged it might be serious. And instead of following through, they cleared the code, made assumptions, and sent us away in a vehicle with a failing engine component. As if that weren't enough, there were additional red flags that now feel impossible to ignore. We were explicitly told our credit would not be pulled -- it was anyway. We were told the vehicle came with two sets of keys -- we are still waiting on the second set. This has been one of the most stressful, frustrating, and eye-opening purchasing experiences we've ever had. Between the failure to properly inspect the vehicle, the decision to clear codes instead of diagnose, the broken promises, and the refusal to take early responsibility, it is impossible to trust anything we were told. If you are considering buying from West Hills Ford, assume that once the paperwork is signed, you are on your own. Do not trust verbal assurances. Do not assume inspections mean anything. And do not expect accountability when problems surface immediately after purchase. This experience has permanently destroyed our trust in this dealership. read more

My husband called ahead to get a quote for an oil change on his Ford Mustang. After providing all the necessary information, he was told the service would cost $100. Based on that price, we decided it made sense to schedule the appointment with them. On the day of the appointment, he dropped the car off, and at no point did anyone inform us of any price change or issues. We didn't find out until the car was completely done that the actual cost was $200. The only reason we ended up paying $180 was because of my husband's military discount--and even with the discount, the price was nearly double what we were quoted. This is completely unacceptable. Whether this was dishonesty or a mistake on their part, it should have been corrected--not pushed onto us without warning. If the price was going to be significantly higher than the original quote, we absolutely should have been told before the work was done. This experience felt unethical and misleading. Booo! I've purchased two brand new vehicles from West Hills Ford, but not anymore. I started getting safety recall notices on one of them for different issues and now have 4 stacked up. When I tried to get them fixed, West Hills Ford was unable due to supply chain issues, then labor strike issues. Finally, after a couple years, parts are available and they will need the vehicle for a couple days and I have to pay for a rental car to get these 4 recalls done! We dropped off my daughter-in-law's fiesta for issues regarding the transmission. They did not find anything other than computer diagnostics to reset on TCM and a couple of others. they did not replace any parts. They claimed they had driven the car 40 miles to test it, and they also told my wife and I that they had checked the oil and other vitals and they were OK. this seemed a bit odd because our daughter-in-law claimed she hadn't been changing or checking the oil recently so I had been a bit worried. I got into the car and drove it home, and then checked the vitals and found out there was literally no oil on the dipstick none, and the radiator fluid was way below the minimum level. This is very simple to check since the radiator fluid on this car sits on top of the engine and is clearly labeled. it also did not have any windshield wiper fluid so I assume they didn't check that either. I would never take my car back to them again under any circumstance to reset a bunch of computer checks probably took them less than one hour start to finish. this cost us $700! They simply plug in the plug read the computer diagnostics and reset it then they drive the car around and see if it works. they also attempted to sell my wife on getting four new tires claiming that all four tires needed to be replaced even though one of them had just been bought at Les schwab less than six months ago. The other three certainly could be replaced in the future, but are nowhere near being bald or on the rumble strip. These guys appear to be unethical. read more

JULY 1, 2025 Iarrived at dealership and was told to stay in car outside of garage. After about 5 minutes was directed to drive into garage and stopped behind a F-150. Then told to move forward. A Female service person came out to get details. As she walked in front she noticed a pool of coolant and assumed it came from our Explorer. She said she definitely would not suggest driving back to Arizona. She seemed to be pretty anxious for us to take a shuttle back to our AIRBNB. She mentioned the cost of diagnosing the problem, rental cars and how long it would take to get approval from our warranty company. In my mind I was imagining the cost. Then a Male service person came by and said he thought the coolant was from the F-150. That didn't seem to faze her or change her mind. So after what the man said, I went outside to see if we had dripped any coolant where I originally parked. I hadn't and the wetness that was there the man said was condensation from our AC. So I went inside to get my keys and told the Female to cancel everything. We then drove to Port Angeles and got an oil change at a Jiffy. No talk of drippings. After a few more stops I would look for drippings but nothing. I'm so appreciative of the man who said that the drippings were from the F-150. As the day moved on, I became more angry about the Female that was all set to have us leave our car and rack up a big bill for NOTHING. It made me wonder if the service people get a bonus for big ticket items. Needless to say, I wasn't impressed with her. Recently left a five star review and wanted to even it out. I will never trust this shop with anything that is not in front of me, because like many, they are inherent scam artists. My blinker was out on my car, to which they offered to replace for over 100. Mind you, the bulb is 10. To this, I obviously chose to just buy the bulb, and they further told me that to replace it, it would require me to take off the tire and access it through the wheel well, to try to dissuade me. I was at least 90% sure this was a complete lie so I denied it and just took the bulb back home. 45 seconds later, it was replaced without anything but the hood lifted. I wanted to give them the benefit of a doubt that they weren't that scummy, but what can you do. If they don't think you know anything about cars, they will try to steal from you. Stay away! The lack of communication is appalling. My husband and I were searching for a truck and thought we had found one. We went out of our way to bring our whole family (daughter not even a year old) to the dealer to finalize purchasing the vehicle. We saw three different prices, one online for $6K, one with our first salesman for $7K, and another for $9K with another salesman. Even after all of the dishonesty, we still gave the benefit of the doubt, and tried to work with them. We were then given false promises of running the credit app, to being approved, to printing the final contract and it being ready to sign. The car now has a major coolant leak and I tracked it down and saw the water pouring out of the front of the water pump. I called to see if the water pump would be covered under the extended warranty and was told that they can't tell me anything until they diagnose the leak for $189. Went in for a routine miniatous. Got the vehicle back and reviewed the inspection report. That said, the service advisor just made accolades over the service tech, most licenses, youngest, working towards his masters. Went out to the vehicle and checked a few things. The one that caused me the most concern was involving tire pressure. The inspection report, filled out by the tech, stated pressure at 35 for each tire yet the actual ranged from 31 to 33, not close to 35. This tells me the service didn't check the tire pressure, that he falsified the document. Now, this is a relatively minor issue per say but come to find out he did not check a vital fluid. I am currently attempting to contact the Assistant Service Manager since I discussed the tire pressure issue with him. Waiting for a phone call back. Seems the tech's might be pressured to do work a lot faster than normal since they are shy a few techs. This could be a life safety issue that everyone needs to know about. read more

So here's the scoop on west hills ford.. I took my car in for a recall and figured okay what could go wrong right? Well I'll tell you they gave me the car back the next day and the light came right back on, as well as the battery was completely dead. I go in a couple days later to get this all resolved and they tell me I'm 1 month shy of being bumper to bumper for the battery.. we're not even talking a week of being from bumper to bumper and they didn't even honor the goodwill for the battery. I felt like What was even the point . By the way if you have multiple services you better be prepared to make multiple appointments because they wouldn't fix more than one thing at a time which is crazy to me. West Hills Ford has a reputation as the least competent service department in the area. If not from Kitsap County, or new to the area, save yourself the trouble and go to Port Orchard. Those who have had dealings with the service department at West Hills know; they take too long, over-charge and have a difficult time making the repairs. THEY DO NOT CARE. I was quoted ~$2500 to for repairs including front in vibration on my truck that was under warranty. Picking up the truck, all costs inflated at the counter and they slipped in a service package (that I did not ask for) resulting in a $4000 bill. I left a review on their 'Ford, how did we do' follow up email, explaining their poor service. The Service 'Manager', Patrick Simpson called me up and said they wanted to make it right. We scheduled a day for them to come pick up the truck and again attempt the repair. To no surprise, THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. Patrick is great at one thing - not responding to emails. This wasn't an easy process for anyone involved. We originally got a lease from Harris Ford in Lynnwood. We had several problems with our brand new leased vehicle. It had to do with the fuel modulator. Eventually the car needed to be towed to West Hills Ford since that was the nearest dealership. At that point we wanted to turn in the vehicle. We tried doing a trade-in but the deal wasn't helping us get our down payment back. So Ford Motor Company took a long, long time to process our paperwork for a buy back. It was a 2 month process and it looked like we were never going to get to close this case. We were ready to start calling in a lawyer. I want to give a huge thank you to Victoria King. From the start of this horrific situation she was trying to help find us solutions. From helping console me and look at other models, taking the time to scan documents, and she even took time to call me and my husband just to see how things were going, she really went over and beyond to ease the stress of the situation. What it came down to was having her call the Ford Motor company representative over and over again to finally finish out our case and try to hold him accountable. Harris Ford stepped out of the situation a long time ago because they didn't feel it was worth towing the car again. So we've really been dependent on West Hills Ford adopting us and taking us up as their client. I thought we were over the hump once the check arrived at West Hills Ford but it still took 5 days to set up an appt. to finish closing the case. And only after I called to follow-up on it because we were once again not hearing anything from anyone. I understand people get busy, but c'mon now. You have the closing packet and you know we have been waiting over 60 days. Finish the deal so we can all move on with our lives. It was sad situation to be in. I'm frustrated that each step of this process took pushing us to the very edge. We continually were asked at every turn to wait just a more few days, which turned into a few more weeks, which turned into 2 1/2 months whilst paying for a car we didn't have. The waiting time reached my limit of patience. I got to the point where I got very, very angry. I can tell you that every single car lot we went to we had a bad experience with the salesperson. Except for this lot. As soon as we pulled in even though they were almost closed a woman named Bonnie warmly greeted us which immediately changed our attitude away from skepticism. They left us alone for a while and let us browse vehicles and then after a while a sales rep named Dave came out and greeted us. He was so friendly and so real we loved him it didn't feel like he had an agenda and he was just being genuinely awesome. We ended up finding a used Mazda Tribute that we liked a lot and he took us out for a spin to the other car lots pointing out our other options. It was great and helped to re assure us even more that his goal was to help us and not himself. By the end of the night (9pm at this point) we had bought the Mazda we loved and drove away with it happy. And because I am always the skeptic I took it into another mechanic later that week and the result was that the car we bought is in amazing shape and should last quite a while. OUT-OF-STATE BUYER BEWARE: This is my honest and full experience on buying my 2010 Toyota FJ Cruiser in the midst of protest and quarantine. I recommend staying away from this dealership, especially if you are a minority and you are living out-of-state. Pros: 1. Found the car I wanted with acceptable price. 2. Good remote communication with Victoria King (never met in person) and reasonable in-person experience with Ray Natividad (Finance Manager) Cons: 1. Racially-biased and poor customer service. I drove 3.5 hours from Oregon to visit this dealership. All paperwork has been submitted, deal has been made, I have paid a $500 security deposit to hold the vehicle. When I walk into the dealership, I was forcefully asked to fill in a "Credit Application" while I have stated clearly that I do not want to have any credits run since I am purchasing cash with cashier's check for the full amount of the car. Chad Bass (Finance Manager) greeted me with suspicion, insisting on background checks, presuming that I may be a "criminal" and they need to do a check on me. Keep in mind, I have not been shown around the car that I am about to purchase cash. Then another Finance Manager, Ray Natividad took over to offer some apologies for the obviously subpar service and offered me some water and a test drive for the car. 2. Hiding Defects During Test Drive. Note that it was raining during the day of the test drive. Before arriving to the dealership I have been connected with TJ over text. I was promised by Victoria and TJ that the car will be "detailed". When I saw the car, you can see a very poor job at cleaning, especially the interior: dog hair in the backseat, muddy rubber floor mat, missing foot rest, dirty engine bay, rusty rim, and under. They also placed a "temporary license" on the passenger windshield to, what later I discovered, a huge crack on the windshield. Bigger than the size of a dollar bill. Which according to safety inspection checklist does NOT pass Washington state safety requirement. (Pictures from test drive attached) 3. "We cannot show you the title, we only have a digital copy" After the test drive, I asked to see the title of the vehicle. Which was escalated to Ray's boss Magdy Boules (Finance Director) since he was unsure of the procedures of title transfers to the state of Oregon. I was informed by Magdy that the title will be sent to Washington DMV which then will be transferred to Oregon DMV. All turns out to be false information-- I should be receiving the Washington title in hand not Oregon DMV. I was also not allowed to see the title of the vehicle at the time of purchase from the previous owner. They refused to do so and mentioned that they only have a digital copy. Confirmed with Washington DOL that this is illegal. Car was not paid off and still has a lienholder at the time of purchase (up until 7 days after purchase) and the dealership should be able to show me the title at the time of purchase. Especially since I am purchasing in cash (no financing). 4. Inaccurate Inspection Checklist and Hiding Defects. In their inspection checklist they listed that the front headlights are checked when I caught that one of them is out. They rushed out to fix that. Windshield crack was totally hidden. And there is some major rust under the car that the dealership (or the previous owner) undercoated with rubberized spray paint. It was obvious that they wanted to cover any defects and sell it to me as an "as is" "economy rig" car. They made sure I sign at least 3 paperwork to make sure they are 'legally' covered to not have to put any more fixes to the car when I drive off the lot. 5. "If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the car and we'll refund you your check" This was how Josh Kennedy (Used Car Manager) deal with me when I send TJ a picture of the cracked windshield that was hidden. Came in for appointment I made a month ago, arrived at 9:20 for 9:30 appt. I received reminders all week to make sure I get here and am told they "quoted" me the wrong price ... it was going to be about 300-400 more and several hours more, then asst Mgr Caitlin comes back saying they can't do the service "spark plugs" as they don't have manpower for the service really? one month soonest to schedule - daily reminders and I get here and after 40 min they tell me they can't do it. No inquiry on reschedule. I rescheduled my work day for this. terrible customer service- no apologies, just "we can't do it today", apparently there needs to be some major customer service training, management skill training and above all courtesy training. I bought two used cars from this dealership in the last 7 or so years since living here. Both salespeople we worked with were outstanding and very accommodating. Chad Bass was my most recent salesperson. He was polite and helpful and friendly. Not pushy, but I think the pushy salesperson archetype in today's world is no longer a thing. With the power car dealerships hold today with shortages and inflation. I still got the impression though that Chad wanted to make sure I got a fair price and was forthcoming as much as he could about the vehicle. I was surprising my kid with a first vehicle and Chad was totally awesome coming and picking me up so I could purchase it without suspicion. All in all, I believe the salespeople at this dealership are their greatest asset. No commissions, etc. He even intimated that they pay him well and he loves his job. That makes for a great sales and test drive experience. Ask for him by name, I totally vouch for him. The finance manager was nice enough, but they're the ones who really make the money for the dealership so expect them to try to pressure things like a warranty and the other extra stuff. Just be a responsible buyer ahead of time and know what your position is on the warranty and gap insurance etc. The first car I bought was for me and so I knew I could afford repairs and the gap in a catastrophe. And when I told him I'm not interested, he backed off his position. This second one was for a teenager so I basically talked myself into paying extra. They still worked with me, got an ok interest rate, and got me financed through my preferred bank. Again, it's all about educating yourself about what you need in your situation and standing firm. Because, to be honest, if you don't know what you're doing, they will most likely take advantage. It's a dealership after all and they will get you if they can. Not an indictment of this dealership, just an honest observation of my experience. That all being said, there's nothing that indicated to me that they won't back off if you just say no to whatever or ask them to fix some numbers. It's all up to how long you are willing to talk. Just picture yourself trying to make a huge investment and the guy with the keys is a close-up magician who can do all kinds of crazy stuff like stealing your watch while you think of your three of diamonds. I take one star off for the truly GRIMY people at dealerships... the pushy, always just-started, contract insurance agents who want to tell you all sorts of nonsense. The heartstring pull attempts at telling you that you aren't covered enough etc. The promise of saving you money if only you just switch to them while you're stuck waiting (which I'm sure is another dealership tactic). Why do these people NEVER work for whatever insurance company you already use? Did you get twenty years with GEICO? Then they are with Progressive. 10 years with Progressive, then they are with Farmers. But I digress. Unless you are a brand new buyer with no insurance already, don't own a house or other cars, and don't have any money saved, I guess listen to their spiel. Otherwise, fold your arms and tell them to kick rocks. Go home and call your own insurance company and argue with them when they try to rip you off. You're spending a lot of money and you need to focus on that instead of some goofball who plays solitaire on their phone all day (who never seem to have more than a couple months in the business) waiting for every new sucker who sits down. Don't feel bad about hurting their feelings. They got that job for a reason and NONE of those reasons are to protect your assets. All in all this dealership is great if you are willing to do the research (which you're doing now by reading this so good job) and take advantage of how helpful they are. I've had worse and more combative experiences in my life. P.s. I did purchase the package that has "free" oil changes for three years. We purchased our 2020 Ford F-150 August 2021 from West Hills Ford (you can view our previous review of that process). Started having some error messages this winter and scheduled service which ended up being not available until March. During the service they 'couldn't find anything wrong with it' so we took it home. It is now June and the truck won't even start and giving the same error code. We called service and were told they can't even look at it for at least a week and we were on our own for alternate transportation. No loaner offer and no availability to assess the truck that won't even start. There has been ZERO reason for us to be satisfied with the sales process or customer service. a vehicle this new should not just STOP functioning. a $45,000 vehicle with 20,000 miles should run. They couldn't find my truck! Recall required dealer service so 6-7 weeks ago I made an appointment for 8:30AM Saturday. I dropped the truck off Friday at noon, figuring that they would actually work on it first thing in the morning. I'm about 20 miles from the dealership so it's not a cake walk to drop off a car and go there. The girl at the counter was more or less dismissive, handed me an envelope to put the key into and went back to whatever she wasn't doing before. I started calling the service number and eventually even the sales number on Saturday afternoon because I hadn't heard anything from them. Could not get anyone to answer the phone or leave a message. Finally gave up trying about 5PM Saturday. Monday morning first thing, I called and finally got someone to answer. They couldn't find the envelope or the truck. I had put the stall number on the envelope when dropping off the truck so I gave them that, then they said they could see the truck but didn't know where the envelope with the key was. Finally got a call back that they had found the key and were going to service the truck. Called me around noon and said it was done. They agreed to bring the truck to me, at my request, and later that day I got a call that the truck had been delivered. I debated giving this review two stars, but can't get past the frustration with the staff and the delays. I won't go here again for anything. read more

Purchased a service plan for the used vehicle I bought. Ever since the first visit, Ive lost all confidence in the service department. Ask for things and they dont perform them, but still charge it to my plan. Dont rotate my tires because of the infamous seized ford lug nuts, but still sign that I received a rotation. So, I purchase new lug nuts and begin performing my own rotations and ask the advisor to leave the tires alone. Then I get actual rotations and quoted for new ford lug nuts; no thanks. My last visit, show up to find oil all over the parking lot and my drain plug out. And no rotations this time because of uneven wear on the tires.....the exact reason you rotate them for. Not to mention both front fenders covered in greasy handprints. Assistant service manager shakes it off as an oops. At least they were kind enough to push it back and not start it dry. Even though I get free service, its not worth me having to go over my car after each visit. *Edit* After a bit, actual service manager, John, called and apologized. Offered a free service, attempted to make it right. So another star for the apology and attempt. My motor is overfilled so I'll do another service myself to correct it. Im a mechanic myself, so Im being extremely rough on the techs who work my cars. But had I not noticed the oil under my rig, I'd be in a way worse situation. read more

Purchased a used car and on the drive home a transmission light goes on. Car powers down into limp mode and won't leave 1st gear. Sent a text to the sale rep, no response! We were ignored when we first arrived by receptionist who was more interested in her phone than the customers standing in front of her, that should have been enough to walk away and not do business. read more

I have a 2018 Ford F-150 when I bought from West Hills Ford they gave me a life time warranty on the power train. I have been waiting well over 20 days for an approved repairs. they have lied told me stories about no response from insurance company. they had not even turned in a claim. also my truck has an oil consumption problem. Ford has a bulletin about repairs. I have had my truck in there nine times for oil changes and they could no give me the courtesy of fixing it on there own or informing me about service bulletin. read more

We found out our Ford needs a new engine. We have an extended warranty, but our extended warranty requires the dealership do their own diagnosis. * Saturday 7/15 we dropped the car off for diagnosis * Wednesday 7/19 we received a call from West Hills Ford (WHF) saying that the car needs a new engine. But they told us they couldn't call the warranty company yet because "they had to go in order and there were other customers and line ahead of us." That made no sense to us since it was just a phone call to the warranty company. They told us they would call the warranty company the following day. * Thursday 7/ 20 we hadn't heard from WHF so we called them. We asked if they had called the warranty company yet & they told us they would call later. At 5:00 p.m. we received a call from WHF saying they just tried to call the warranty company but they were closed (not surprising since they waited until 5:00 p.m. to call) * Friday 7/21 WHF called us to say they finally got in contact with the warranty company but that PO Ford needs to release the vehicle. We took care of that immediately. (We later found out that WHF actually knew the car needed a new engine on Tuesday 7/18, though we didn't hear from them until Wednesday 7/19. But that shows that on Tuesday they had diagnosed it, but they waited until Friday to call the warranty company, wasting an entire week.) * Saturday 7/22 We drove to WHF to ask for our car back until they were actually ready to work on it, seeing as it had been an entire week so far. We were told that the warranty company might require a 3rd party inspection, but that they would call us by the end of the day to let us know. No one called us. * Monday 7/24 we called WHF & we were told that the warranty company is requiring a 3rd party inspection and that it should be done by Wednesday 7/26. * Thursday 7/27 we hadn't heard how the 3rd party inspection went, so we called WHF. We were told "Oh yeah, I need to take care of that. Thanks for reminding me. I'll call my manager and call you back." No one called us back. We called the warranty company and they said it should have been done by Wednesday 7/26. They said they see notes showing that WHF was trying to get a different third party inspector because the first inspector quote "had an attitude." It is mind-boggling that adults can't work together and the customer is the one who suffers. We called WHF again as we got no phone call back as promised & we were told "I didn't get time to talk to my manager today and he's already gone." Yet another day wasted. And WHF never called to let us know they turned away the 3rd party inspector. We assumed it was being taken care of as we were told. So now it was a second week that had been completely wasted. * Friday 7/28 I called WHF as soon as they opened, since I didn't want another day go by without somebody calling me back. I asked to speak to Patrick, the service manager. They told me he was in a meeting. I tried for 4 1/2 hours to get management on the phone and I was told every time that he was in a meeting. Not for one second do I believe that he was in a meeting for 4 1/2 hours. I left my name and number each time and he never called me back. Later, my husband called from a different number and was able to get a hold of him, during the same time that I was told he was in a meeting. Patrick told my husband that another 3rd party inspector will come either Saturday 7/29 or Monday 7/31. * Monday 7/31 called WHF and they said third party inspector will be there at 2:00. * Tuesday 8/1 we went into WHF to speak face to face with Patrick. We told him every time someone never called us back, we expressed our extreme frustration, we demanded answers, etc. * Wednesday 8/2 Caitlin called to say she spoke with warranty company but they didn't have a report yet. She said she would update us when she heard back. * As I am writing this review today, it is Thursday 8/3. We called the warranty company and they said WHF wasn't able to show the third party inspector anything that needs to be fixed. They said they'll need pictures and videos from WHF. They told us they called WHF at 8:45 this morning to tell them that, but we never received a phone call from WHF. At that point we called WHF and left a message. We received a call back from Caitlin and she said she will send them pictures and videos. In 2 days it will be three full weeks since we drop the car off and we are still at square one. In all of my years I have never experienced such horrible service like this before. Nothing even close to this. read more

I brought my car in this morning for an 8 AM appointment. Colin checked me in. He was very professional and timely. He informed me that my car had a recall and they had the parts in, did I want to add it on this day and I am grateful that he told me. I decided to add it on. He explained the process and stayed in touch with me by text, while I waited for my oil change and repairs to be done. He provided me with a coupon for free coffee and I was pleasantly surprised that their mini cafe provided breakfast sandwiches as well for sale and the ladies working the cafe were delightful and they provided me yummy food. I was relieved to hear that the check on my system showed no other additional work was needed and I was in-and-out in under an hour and a 1/2. I also got a free car wash coupon! I so appreciate all the care that it took for all the stuff from the scheduler to Colin who greeted me and processed me at the beginning and the end as well as the cafe staff and all the other staff who greeted me. Quite disappointed with one thing. So I went to the dealership looking to trade in my car. Mind you it was one of the heaviest rainy days we had. They took my car and did their trade in inspection. After spending hours of trying negotiating with salesperson, we had to decline the offer. They gave back my car and and we left. The next day it cleared up and I've noticed my car was fogged up from the inside. I searched though my car and found water in the passenger floor. Not only they but there was a puddle on the floor behind the passenger seat. Needless, I've taken care of the problem but dissatisfied with how they treat my car. read more

We have been customers of Parr Ford and then West Hills Ford for over twenty years. They have always treated us with respect and kindness. That is important to us. We have purchased three vehicles - the latest Mazda CX50 last Sunday. The entire process of this purchase was very easily managed, the Salesman John Henry was very courteous and knowledgeable and Jake the "finance person" was off the charts knowledgeable and efficient. Dereck the Manager was helpful and very courteous. If we need to buy a car again this is the place we will go - never have we been disappointed.
