During my visit, the staff forgot to take the additional images needed for my Invisalign, meaning I had to come back again for something that should have been handled the first time. Additionally, they never called to inform me when my Invisalign arrived as I was under the impression that they would call me. I had to follow up myself to check on the status and it had arrived and I was never made aware. Dr. Sierra is really friendly and a great doctor! But the lack of organization and communication of the front office staff makes it really frustrating as a patient. I expected a much smoother process, especially for something as routine as Invisalign and how much I am paying for it.

The dental hygienist Tatiana pays special attention to detail with cleaning and helping my gum management. I love her because I was terrified of all the instruments and she helped me by explaining everything before execution. Then I had to get sealant for my cavities that Dr. Chencin did. He did a great job prepping and quickly completing it (one visit he did my right side the next visit he did my left). The dentists assistant (Christina I think her name was ?) helped put my mind at ease too during the numbing of my mouth for the procedure. Even the receptionist was such a sweetheart.
