Over that time my partner took his own vehicles there and when I moved in with my partner, I began taking my own vehicles there as well. Over the years we felt so looked after by what we felt was a trustworthy, honest firm. We recommended them to anyone who wanted a new garage and even recommended them for car sales. On occasion, they were only too happy to take a look at the odd thing here and there - suspected punctures, insurance write offs, engine lights - without asking so much as a penny. We had a brilliant relationship with the company and felt so comfortable with them having used them fo such a long time. They've had thousands of pounds from our family and up until recently, it was money well spent across the 10+ cars of ours that we've owned across the three of us. In 2019 we moved away from Bicknacre and so did Paul Bailey. Sarah Kent appeared to have left and it became quite clear that something was up. My partner continued to take his vehicles to paul bailey but I had decided it was too much of a journey when the service was nowhere near the level it was before. My partner took one of his vehicles to another garage who pointed out that something had failed which paul bailey had fitted only two years ago - this should not have failed so soon and it transpired that paul bailey replaced it with a non genuine part without telling him. He called Paul bailey and the response he received was definitely unexpected; rather abruptly he was told 'I'm not fixing it for free' - definitely not what he was asking for. It was quite clear that the company has lost sight of customer care and as a result we have made the decision to no longer use them. If you decide to use this company, beware. If they continue to trade off of the solid reputation of Paul himself then don't expect them to have the same service and customer focus. Hugely disappointing.

It also sells other branded cars sometimes which must be from part exchanges. There prices are always pretty good money for value as Toyota's are known to be good realibale cars to buy. The sales staff are politre and friendly, they dont pounce on you the minute you start looking around a car which is a good change! Inside the showroom they have the most upto date lastest cars out on display.

They are reliable, most repairs are carried out the same day or at least overnight and I have had no further problems with anything they have fixed so far. Which is a pain which Peugeot ask you to bring your car down for 9am. I had my cars cambelt changed here, the price was very good for the amount of labour it took to change. The staff were great in the servicing and parts department. Very helpful and funny. They even gave my car a courtsey wash after they had done the work. It went in at 9am and i had my car back by 3pm all clean. Great service!

Paid £850 for my car and collected the way it was and been told that its a different problem and than the problem i had is been fixed. Really? If i only had money would go and get a legal process involved in here and get this business to be closed down. If i had my own garage i would treat all peoples in a nice way for them to come back but not the way this garage are treating you like you don't know nothing! All at very good prices too,…read morethe staff are very nice, i once broke down outside the garage and when they saw i couldnt get the car started they helped me bump start it again! They also do serving and MOT's on any car around the back at reasonable prices too. Theres car park spaces at the rear of the garage and you could also park at the shops next door if you needed to.
