My usual stop cause it's so close to home. Prices on beer are anyone's guess as nothing is posted. I find that really annoying and I would probably buy more if I didn't have to keep asking the prices of everything. It seems everything is a dollar more than the bigger places on 3A but if you're here it's not worth the drive to go somewhere else. read more

Unfortunately did not have a pleasant experience at West Corner Liquor. It's a super small liquor store, right by Nantasket Beach, & we were looking to grab some High Noons. They had a limited selection of coolers & seltzers but we were able to find High Noons to grab to go. The staff was not kind at all. We went in the store asking if they had it by any chance & got "not in this town" in a not-so/friendly tone as a response... but I thought it was funny that the lady said this & ended up having it in the store ANYWAYS! Haha. Prices are higher than I've seen at all of the liquor stores in the neighboring towns. Granted, we did find & get what we were looking for but I won't be returning here, as we were greeted with bad vibes. It's a little weird to judge people based on what drinks they're looking to pick up, while you're working/owning a liquor store? Truly strange behavior that I can't understand. We were on a time crunch so we just grabbed it to go anyways, but if we were not in a rush, I would've happily gone to any other liquor store. read more

Organized tiny liquor store. Staff left something to be desired. Small town attitude and not the hospitable one really. Maybe that's just how they are but def made you think like ... what...the...? Asked a question as well on whether or not they had a product, got a rude response like it was beneath them to carry it in "not in this town!" Anyways needed some hard seltzers (which they had 2 brands anyhow), grabbed a box, paid, left. Couple bucks more expensive than other shops around Quincy, hingham etc. Def going elsewhere next time. Seems the business probably prefers it like that and only wants locals it felt like. Always excited to stop into new businesses I haven't been to before. This interaction just didn't go great for me. read more

Great place. Friendly knowledgeable clerk. The small town feel of the store is refreshing and welcoming. When I'm in the area, I usually stop here. read more

One person in our group forgot to bring his mask into the store and pulled his shirt up to his face to cover his nose so that he can buy a Gatorade. The owner told him that he cannot do that, that they will not sell to him, and told him to get out. That's totally understandable because I understand the safety regulations for COVID-19. Then she turns to the rest of us, who ALL had masks on, and told us she CANNOT and WILL NOT sell to us because one person in our group did not wear a mask. We went outside and asked our friend who came in a different car to go in and buy the drinks. She refused. Then she came our of the store to yell at us for being in the same group. She proceeded to rudely scream out to us that she will get fined if she sells to people with in the same group as someone without a mask. That it is ILLEGAL. She wanted to argue with us and tell us to gtfo her parking lot to go somewhere else or she will call the police. What sense does it make that she cannot sell to the rest of us who had masks on? Many of us work in the retail/pharmacy/restaurant business as well, so we know that masks are required. She looked ignorant and racist yelling at us and trying to tell us these "laws". We even asked her tell us what regulation article number her "laws" are and she was unable to tell us. Our friend could have simply went out to the car to grab a mask too. It's not a hard thing to do. Or she could have sold to the rest of us who were wearing masks. We viewed this as a racist act. A group of asian people coming to the beach, where we did hear people say things such as "what are these people doing here". If you open a business, you should expect to receive business from everybody. This is just something nobody wants to experience, especially on a holiday such as July 4th where we all want to gather to do the same thing - watch fireworks. read more

Called to see if they were open. Said they were for 12 more minutes. So I drove there and got there 5 min before closing. Saw lady at register and she ignored me. Won't take my business here again. Closing at 9 means 9. Also I had called to saw coming. read more

After leaving the beach my friends and I decided to stop here to pick up more beer and we were very upset with our experience. The owner was incredibly dismissive and rude. I felt disrespected not just as a customer, but also as a person because of how he spoke to me. He spent nearly two minutes reviewing my IN state MA ID and gave me a hard time while doing so. I will not be returning. read more

My husband and I visited this small beach town for a vacation and stopped here to pick up some drinks for our room. When we brought our merchandise to the clerk, we were asked for our id's which we happily provided. The clerk apologized for not being able to accept out of state licenses and pointed to a small printed sign which stated "under 30, out of state licenses not accepted". I pointed out to him that we were not under 30, he again apologized and said he could not accept our business. We were about to spend $50! read more
