This resulted in the shirt being stained with the adhesive from the patch after it was removed. Yesenia then took over and she helped to bring the project home. She did not charge me for the digitization of the new patch I created to cover over the stain on the shirt. The new patch produced by her was high quality, vibrant and was applied in the correct spot. Ultimately I was happy with the outcome and feel that I would trust them with another project in the future. During my visits to IDC, I have seen happy and energetic customers eagerly creating or picking out patches that they want for their projects. I wish them continued success.

I was okay with that however they never called me or asked me for approval for the patch they went ahead and embroidered it without asking approving it. We had to go back and make changes because the patch didn't meet our expectations. Nothing like the artwork we submitted. We had to go back and forth because they didn't want to refund us so we decided to give them another chance... it is October now . I called yesterday for an update and was told I'd get a call back from Jose the owner , not surprised I haven't received a call or an update. I will not be coming back here. The lack of communication for what you're paying is not worth it for getting charged twice after they charged us almost $1000 for 3 jackets . Ridiculous.

Went last Tuesday to check the place out and get some scrubs for school. I paid the sets left no issues wasn't until i came back same day to return the regular set what threw me off first was that for refunds you cannot use the card you used at first to pay. Odd. Never heard of that anywhere. They forced to use a credit card to return the payment. What if i didn't have a credit card at all??? I was then forced to use my husband's credit card. I have yet to receive any refund from the set I returned. Going to call tomorrow if nothing is done im going to dispute the payment with the bank. Was really trying to give the benefit of the doubt but come on . I knew it was fishy but stay away from this place or pay cash unless you want to be scammed.

I contacted them via messaging and explained what I wanted done. Monica responded quickly with a quote, which was very reasonable. I explained I needed the items by Wed. 7/1/26. I was able to come in drop off the vest and the sample on Mon. 6/22/26. Monica contacted me on Wed. with a sample. Looked at the sample sent. It was great! By today 7/25/26, I was contacted by Monica that the vests were ready within fours days. The finish came out amazing. Looking forward to continue future business with 3M's.
