They have everything, from sporty little rolling walkers (with a seat and a some "luggage" space to stash your stuff), to elevated toilet seats to recliners with seats that raise, to help you get up. When we thought Mom was going to need back surgery, we came here with questions and the staff was so helpful. When she (thankfully) didn't need the operation after all, they were so kind in processing our return. What a painless experience during a stressful time. It's a nice piece of mind to know they're here-right along SR 60 in Brandon. Plus-lots of parking and reasonable prices. Stay healthy-and if you need help, try Brandon Brace.

I contacted Tampa Bay Orthopaedic Designs after my insurance company provided me with a list of…read morein-network prosthetic providers. I am an above-knee amputee seeking a new prosthetic socket and was simply trying to find out whether the office could help me. Unfortunately, my experience on the phone was very disappointing. The receptionist was rude, dismissive, and made me feel unwelcome from the start of the conversation. Instead of trying to understand my situation or explain whether the office could assist me, I felt like I was being brushed off. At one point, I was essentially told to find somewhere else to go for treatment. As someone who relies on prosthetic care to maintain mobility and independence, being treated this way was frustrating and upsetting. I called looking for help and information, not to be spoken to disrespectfully. I hope management reviews how patients are treated over the phone because first impressions matter, especially for people seeking medical care.

I have been a patient of Dr Polley's for several years. I went to him years ago when I was having…read moresevere neck pain. No one could diagnose it. One doctor said I had nerve damage, and another doctor said I was having seizures. I went from one doctor to another who just put me on one drug after another. I spent my days in pain and drugged up and loopy. After much recommendation and insistence from friends who used him, I took myself to Dr Polley, who ordered a full battery of tests on me. I was really not excited about his aggressive regimen of coming in at least twice a week, with it slowly weaning down to once a week or once every other week in order to deal with my neck pain. It's hard and difficult to commit to a regimen like that when a pill might solve anything. I committed to his regimen and after 6 months, I was a new person. The pills went into the trash, and my neck felt better than ever. Being in pain is so frustrating, and finding answer to your medical problems is priceless! Dr Polley is an amazing doctor with a phenomenal bedside manner. He staffs his office with people who are just as caring as he is. Simply put, your health is important and means something to them. In this day and age, that's a rarity!
