The whole time his barber, Memo, was very patient with my 4 year old through all his movements and fussiness giving him lollipops, caprisuns and even putting cartoons on for him! The cut was AMAZING the best we've been able to get for him. I just love when companies are kid friendly and don't treat kids like a burden.
