David is an amazing barber. He takes time and he's patient with customer. Im will be there every two week for now on.

David gave me a clean cut, took his time making sure that it was good, and I left with my money well spent. Good conversation, clean area, and very professional place compared to many other barbershops I've been in the area and I'll be getting my cuts here from now on for sure. read more

David's Barber - Barbers Near Me - Riverside, California

Unfortunately, I have to provide this barbershop 1 star. I had booked an appointment with David online. Once I arrived at the shop for my appointment, one of the barbers informed me that David did not come in today. In addition, all the others were busy so they could not accommodate me for the day. As a small business owner myself, customer experience and communication is top priority. They should have not allowed any customers to book appointments online if David will not be in the shop. I wasted my time and will most likely will not return. read more

Love the vibe in there and everyone is super talented. It's been one year since I've been coming in and my barber Emilio (Duece) always gets me right. I started off with David at a different barber shop until he open his own shop and it's been great service ever since. read more

Been going to David for about a year now, (that alone should say a lot), and he's excellent. He is always asking about how I want my hair cut and also is personable. Recently I was wondering where I could take my wife for dinner and he recommended a place, Calichi Town), and that was an excellent place. David is my go to guy for a great hair cut hands down! read more

Hands down David gets down. I been getting hair cuts with David for about almost 2 years now. He's always been such a great guy, always asks how I want my hair cut. I drive all the way from deep Redlands just to get a hair cut from him. That tells you he is just such a great barber. If you are reading this review you need to go to him and try him out. read more

Met David while going to "The Hair Doctors" near UC Riverside. My first time seeing David was during a drop-in and he was nice enough to squeeze me into his busy schedule. Now getting into the actual cut itself: David is an extremely skilled barber who gets the job done perfectly. Initially he asked me the standard, "what kind of haircut do you want?" Told him what I was looking for and he responded with recommendations as to what would look good with my hair type and desired style. Eventually we found a good middle ground and he began to cut. The whole time throughout the cut, he made sure that the length was correct, the fade was to where I wanted it, etc. Basically his attention to detail is immaculate. Because of this, I was able to get the exact haircut I wanted. It looked amazing the day he cut my hair and it looked just as amazing the day I came back to cut it again. I look forward to coming back to David as he will be go-to barber while I am studying at UC Riverside! tip: make reservations through his website as he tends to have back to back appointments! read more

David is a fantastic Barber. Went in to fix a bad haircut from Floyds in LA, and he managed to fade it out and clean me up. Good haircut for a good price. What's more is that he was kind enough to assist me in my car problems. I arrived to the barber shop with a smoking Engine, and after the haircut David walked out with me to diagnose my car. So not only is he a good Barber he is a good person! read more

Best Barber in CA, hands down! If you want a straight pro, that will give you a great fade; gotta hit up David! Best fade I've ever had & he's a master with the scissors! Hit David up and you will not be disappointed! I took my 14 year old boy as well, who had a skater mop & didn't want anyone touching his fro! My boy walked away from David with a smile from ear to ear! read more

Still getting cuts from David and coming out great every time. They now accept card. Best spot in the Riverside area hands down.

I swear... on my life... David is perhaps the best barber i have ever met. Not to mention his fades are the best I've ever witnessed. If not best then it's perfect. Not a single complain about his meticulous work of art. I've been going to him or nearly a year now and I feel the need to leave a good review every time. Thanks for the cut today my dude. read more

Best barber I've frequented! I have always had a hard time finding a decent barber. Finally found a dope guy that can cut an Asian dudes hair! Much appreciated for the cut and the guys there that make you feel like you are at home. David takes his time and triple checks his work and isn't afraid of feedback. You know he cares about his trade. Easy to book through his website. Military friendly as well! read more

Got my first cut today from David, he's solid. Even though I didn't book my appointment an hour in advance, he still worked on my hair. He's real detailed, as he asked me precise questions as to how I'd like my hair styled such as: *If I'd like a lineup *How much of my hair would I like to have cut off *If I wanted a line across (as the combover calls for) *The exact number I'd like my fade to be The shop has a hip vibe and everyone is chill. I was even short a few bucks but he said it's cool just get him back next time. Moreover, he cut my hair very similar to how I usually have it styled. I just moved out here not too long ago but I'm definitely coming back. Good lookin out David! read more

I came in based on Yelp reviews. I wear my hair in a very basic style, no fades or layering. I asked for a basic cut that would maintain what I walked in with, only shorter. Wen the guy was done, he gave me the mirror, but he had wet my hair and slicked it back (not how I walked in). It looked like it was done well, but I couldn't really tell with it slicked back. Went home, took a shower and brushed my hair the way I always do and it was very uneven with long strands of hair hanging down. I ended up grabbing some scissors and doing my best to even it out, but it still isn't right because I've never cut my own hair. So, after spending $30 (+$5 tip), I'll need to pay someone to fix this. Very disappointed. read more

Best barber in riverside no competition. David always does me right and fixes up anything I ask for. The place is really new and nice and super inviting. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a fresh clean cut that's close to ucr. I'll definitely be coming back here and telling my friends about this place. read more

I've gotten cut by some of the top barbers in the world. David is up there with the best of them; and three times more affordable. Book him before his calendar fills up for the week because you're not going to find a better barber in I.E. read more

It was my first time at David's Barber and I had an amazing experience! For those first timers, David is located inside The Hair Doctors. I previously got a haircut at The Hair Doctors and I wasn't too impressed with the barber who cut my hair. However, David is the barber to go to! He has a lot of experience and he wants every customer to leave with a big smile on their face. David has an easy online booking system that makes it easy to set up appointments. I also like how David suggests what he things would best compliment your cut. Definitely worth checking out David's Barber! read more

My son and I were looking to get a new barber to get a fresh cut for the the week. Looking at the reviews for David's Barber and rating. The comments and ratings stood up to their word. I'm really appreciative how attentive he was with both our haircuts especially with a 18 month old child who is fairly new to clippers. Look forward to going back! read more

David came through clutch with the clean cut to start 2021 right!! Nothing but positive vibes and energy from his shop much love

I actually lived down the street from this strip mall for years and was unaware of there being a barber this close to campus since I usually drive to places. It was not until I walked to school one day and saw a sign for a barber at Exclusive Touch and decided to give it a try. I walked in and David informed me that he was booked up for the day which was a bummer. He informed me that he works on appointments and that I can schedule one on the spot or text him with a timeframe to work with. He got back to me quick for a same day appointment. No need to wait when you arrive and will strive to get the job done quick. Cuts are high quality and are very affordable for students. David is a very good person to talk and is very chill to work with. Definitely deserves more business from college students nearby, especially those who don't have cars. I would recommend putting more visible signage on the corner of Watkins and Big Springs Road. read more
