Krystal the director has been wonderful and welcoming to my family and daughter since day 1. We had just moved from Colorado and she made the transition super easy! She is always happily greeting us with any questions or concerns. If she is not in the office we can always count Ms. Laura or Ms. Ally giving our daughter a warm welcome. Ms Donna was my daughter first teacher in the toddler room! She helped us wing away the paci and still greets my daughter with a big hug every morning! (It is such a beautiful sight to see, especially during the mornings when I am rushing to work.) Her current teachers Ms. Mary and Ms. Olivia ABSOLUTE ANGELS! How they manage the kiddos and still make it sooo fun I will never know! I always get photos and updates of my daughter doing fun activities! My daughter feels so safe to come to school and it shows when she is snuggling on her teachers. In such crazy times it is so nice to know that my daughter is safe, happy, and healthy during her school time experience. Thank you for making this nervous mama feel at peace!

The staff there is incredible. They helped me with all my paperwork and every question I had. They even help me with personal problems when I asked for advice. The ladies are amazing and share the same amount of love to each and every child. My son is only two years old, and they have taught him his ABC's, how to count to 10 and all his colors. He has learned every sing-along song and sings them every day on our car ride home. I drive 30 minutes just so my son can go to this Kinder Care. My son and I love it there and all the staff. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Goddard and the impact they have made on not only my life, but my son's as well. The entire staff are caring, compassionate, and true educators/nurturers. The program they have in place to assist with developing learning and language is unmatched in our opinion! Our Son continues to learn so much daily and frequently does not want to leave when we come to pick him up as there are so many fun things for the kids to experience (crafts, various toys, activities, etc). The claim that there is a "zero-tolerance policy" and that all children are consistently kept in a safe and nurturing environment does not align with my child's experience or the outcome of the investigation. Policies are only meaningful when they are properly enforced, and in this instance, there was a clear failure to uphold the standards that are being publicly promoted. I find it deeply concerning that the response avoids accountability and instead attempts to deflect by not addressing key details. As a parent, I trusted this facility with my child's safety, and that trust was compromised. The fact that this resulted in a documented DCFS violation speaks for itself. I am sharing this not to engage in conflict, but to ensure transparency and to emphasize that this situation was real, serious, and formally recognized by the appropriate authorities. BEST CHILDCARE CENTER EVER! I have 3 kiddos, one in third grade, 3 year old, and an infant! When we…read moremoved to Batavia I was barely pregnant with my second and was overwhelmed by the number of centers! I sent my oldest to a couple other centers and within 2 weeks I NEVER saw the same teacher! We were OUT! The moment I walked into KinderCare I was so WELCOME, at EASE, and AMAZED at the excitement the kids had! The director even asked my son if he wanted to go visit the age group he would be in (4's at the time) and he hung out in there while we talked! The kids are happy, the place is so clean, and I am ALWAYS greeted by multiple staff members (and I know ALL OF THEM!) I honestly wouldn't trust my kids with anyone else! I have never had a problem go unaddressed! I've had two kids go through the baby room and I've NEVER experienced a problem with the teachers or director, accidents do happen, but my kids get hurt at home too, no bubble wrapping my kids, they've got to learn!

We were referred to this place from a friend who also had kids there, and assumed Our first time with a daycare will go smoothly. I DO NOT recommend taking Your child here. The first day (and only day) we dropped off our 13 month old there, we were told that he did not sleep, and had a fever...AFTER his mother had picked him up. We noticed that he had a bruise on his head as well, and only after pressing them for more information they told us that he was banging his head on the crib. Few things to point out- In their own policies, if the child gets hurt in anyway they will contact the parents. My gf was told when she picked him up. The pictures they send throughout the day shows that he got the bruise HOURS before she showed up. Next is the fact that he developed a fever and they STILL did not notify us until he was picked up. And finally, after probing them for the policy violations they committed they admitted that it was a mistake on their part and they should have notified us IMMEDIATELY. I cannot convey my anger enough in this review because after we took him home so he could finally sleep and tend to his fever, he had a fibril seizure and was transported to the hospital. He was at Kindercare for 6 hours...and everything I was worried about having random people taking care of my child was validated. So to sum it all up, on the FIRST DAY our child: -could not be put to sleep -was neglected long enough for him to bang his head against a crib to develop a bruise on his head -developed a fever which the parents were not told until he was picked up. Like I said they admitted they did not follow their own policy so we received a full refund for the week, because we were NEVER coming back. On a side note he is doing better at a different daycare, obviously better taken care of than at this place. So if you're looking for a place for your infant, like another reviewer said on here DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE.

My Grandchildren have experience to many unknown injuries that's was not reported to me. Due to my Grandson injuries they would not allowed him to speak his truth, inregards to what caused the cut to his face. All his incidents, and injury are preventable, this type behaviors is not acceptable. Management, along with assistant manger and their staff's ot following kindercare guidelines, and needs to be held accountable for their actions.
