Beware of Ranchlands Dental (RD) when they act on your behalf for a dental claim with CDCP. My…read moreclaim was rejected by CDCP and RD advised me of the amount to pay for the procedure and offered a payment plan. I contacted CDCP directly and they immediately told me to have RD resubmit the claim with further details for "fresh eyes" to review my claim. After the resubmission, CDCP accepted my claim! RD never offered to resubmit my claim to CDCP and save me the cost of paying for the procedure myself. At the same time, RD front staff member, Fatemeh, did not provide professional kind service, hung up on me and left me in tears. I ended up leaving RD and having my dental work done at another dental office. Note: all active claims with the CDCP stay with the patient, not the dental office so it was easy to move on to a more caring dental office - one that has well-trained staff and one that takes the upmost care in saving patients money wherever possible.

Our dentist is Dr.Dhesi I have been going to him for years. He has done amazing cosmetic dentistry on myself and is probably the most gentle dentist I have been to! Dr.Dhesi always takes his time and I never feel like its all about the profit and that he truly genuinely cares. My daughters were both going to a pediatric dentist and my oldest was having problems with her fillings, Her dentist at the time wanted to charge $3000! At one of my appointments I had mentioned it to Dr.Dhesi and he told me about this new type of product that he thought may work....it did and it only cost us $300! Dr.Dhesi is an amazing talented dentist who truly wants the best for his patients! The Funk Family

I went in for a cleaning and a check up and the cleaning was not done well compared to other cleanings I've had. It felt like the bare minimum was done. Usually, the hygienist goes in with the pick to clear out all the stuff that get stuck at the top of the tooth, but they didn't. I was also given all the expensive frills without asking me ($30 fluoride rinse, unnecessary $150 X-Rays), which I later found out how expensive they were once the bill came due. Typical of all dentists offices, they'll ask if you're covered, and if you are they'll just give you everything so the bill is over $500 in order to make your visit as profitable for them as possible. I don't mind if procedures are explained to me (what the cost is, why I need it, etc.) so I can make an informed decision, but I don't appreciate my money being spent without asking or explanation because I'm covered. Never going back.
