They add Fuel Surcharges on top of the dumpster price after the fact and do not disclose this when ordering the dumpster. 3. They completely damaged our asphalt driveway. No customer service rep recommended that we put plywood down and there are no disclaimers anywhere on their invoice. They told me that it was "my fault because this is common knowledge". How would a homeowner know this if they have never rented a dumpster before. Terrible customer service - do not recommend renting dumpsters from them.
