He just said "it's not a good fit for us", "you need to call a landscaper" and then something about not having openings till Sept. This guy seemed to NOT to want the work here. He didn't stand with me to discuss the whats and whys about what I should do next, he just kept saying that stuff as he walked to his vehicle. He stopped toward the end of the driveway to recommend a landscaper friend. That is all. He offered no info on why he really couldn't do any of the work for us. They add Fuel Surcharges on top of the dumpster price after the fact and do not disclose this when ordering the dumpster. 3. They completely damaged our asphalt driveway. No customer service rep recommended that we put plywood down and there are no disclaimers anywhere on their invoice. They told me that it was "my fault because this is common knowledge". How would a homeowner know this if they have never rented a dumpster before. Terrible customer service - do not recommend renting dumpsters from them.
