Photo of the truck and license plate that decided to drive recklessly today.

Not a service review. More like a driving review. Was driving down on red bank rd and was in the right lane. The left lane was ending and the truck with the license plate PWE 8750 thought it would be a fantastic idea to merge last minute and almost crash right into me. Causing me to have to hook it right and slam on my breaks. Honestly really great driving skills from this truck. Do better. Once again red bank road in Cincinnati, Thursday November 17th around 12:45 noon

Disappointed, better yet infuriated. Evan's Landscaping severely damaged my property while collecting their dumpster and now refuses to fix their damage. Zach Peterson told us "too bad, so sad". Our contractor used Evan's Landscaping as the dumpster provider for our home project. My husband witnessed Evan's Landscaping recklessly back this huge truck right through caution tape and wood that was holding it. Gunned the truck straight through the removed driveway apron and driveway creating this damage (see photos)! We immediately called our contractor to let him know what we witnessed and sent him photos of the damage. Our contractor reached out to Evan's Landscaping and Zach Peterson tells him to "chalk it". My husband called to speak to Zach Peterson today to explain what has happened and received the same careless reply. Zach says, "sue me". Okay, wow. So shocked how this company (Evan's Landscaping) can cause severe and costly damage to my property and tell me to deal with it? This is a very costly project and for YOU EVAN'S LANDSCAPING to SEVERELY DAMAGE MY PROPERTY AT MY EXPENSE, IS NOT OK! Someone that is NOT Zach Peterson, please call me.

This is where Evans truck broke our new driveway and refuses to take responsibility to repair.

When we placed our order with Kirsten it was explained that we wanted a small truck to deliver so that they could dump the limestone gravel from the street as we did not want a truck on our newly paved driveway. She sent the small truck with the 5 yards of heavy stone but for some reason the driver decided to back into our driveway even though there was no need to. He was heading east and could have just dumped from the street at the beginning of the driveway where the other stone was as directed on the work order. He not only backed in but didn't back in the middle he backed off the edge as you can see in the picture and BROKE our new driveway and the street. After many emails and phone calls back and forth with Evans Landscaping starting with Vince who then sent me to Zach they continued to not take responsibility. I finally got on the phone with owner Doug Evans and he very rudely let me know that it was my driveways fault and not his company, he can't control how his drivers drive, he can't "helicopter" deliveries in so these things happen but it wasn't his responsibility to fix it or compensate me to have it fixed. I agree accidents happen, it's life but when someone damages something that they had no right to be on its common courtesy to step up and fix it. Be cautious.

This is what the majority of the dirt looks like. Balls. I ran my car over them several times in the bottom and they do not break down.

Great place to get mulch if you like to be spoken to with disdain and treated with disrespect. Well done Loveland location.

This WOULD have been our fourth year with Pristine Green Complete…read more I thought we had a good working relationship. I guess we did NOT. Many things were overlooked. Oil leaks on the freshly sealed driveway, oil leaks on our neighbors driveway, The end of our driveway damaged multiple times from the Pristine Green truck and trailer backed over the the edge haphazardly. The lawn edging being scalped too closely during a drought. Clayton was responsive to our calls about damage and tried to mitigate the problems promptly. We did have issues with not being billed timely, or the owner providing a nonviable address to have our bill pay service send his checks. Perhaps your experience will be better than ours. We severed our relationship with him because He decided to not show up this year and could not be bothered to let us know or respond to our outreach. Not accustomed to conducting business like that. In reply to owners response to my review. Clayton, You must be mistaken, I am not aware that I canceled your service, nor anyone under my employ doing so. I do remember texting you once and calling you once to inquire about this seasons start date. Just wanted to arrange mowing date for Easter, The courtesy of a reply was never extended to me. I was unable to see any other communications with you or your wife since the first week of November.

I hired them for a complete yard overhaul--design, landscaping, and snow removal prep--and they exceeded every expectation. The landscape architect took time to understand my vision and brought it to life in a way I couldn't have imagined myself. From the new patio design to the perfectly placed plants and lighting, the space feels like something out of a magazine. They turned a dull, uninspired yard into a stunning outdoor retreat. Even better? They're incredibly professional and punctual--the crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up thoroughly each day. I've already signed on with them for snow removal this winter because I trust them that much. If you're looking for high-quality landscaping with thoughtful design and reliable service, this is the company to call. I couldn't be happier with the results!
