I thought this was odd and questioned it further and was told by the doctor that he couldn't address them together because of the amount of lidocaine needed. I left his office still questioning his reasoning because both of the moles were removed by my dermatologist at the same time with no issues. However, I understand he'd need to take more tissue, but not that much more. After meeting with another plastic surgeon, my suspicions were confirmed that he could have addressed them together.
