I was all around disappointed with my experience and found I just wasn't using the facility as I was more annoyed when I left on the whole. If you are looking for a serious place to work out, VASA and Planet Fitness have great facilities for as little as $10 per month. Skip this kids playground!

We work at a different food bank so we thought it'd be cool to visit and see what's the same and what's different. It was super easy to go online and sign up for a shift. The directions were clear and I appreciated the easy parking. The staff person and the crew of regular volunteers were so friendly! We were bagging up bulk Cheerios into family-sized bags. We had a blast and they were even kind enough to show us around afterwards. The other volunteer projects that day included bagging fresh green beans and sorting donated food items.

Mark is exceptional. My carpets look and stay clean for months. I have used them for 2 yrs…read more Mark goes above and beyond if needed. He will stay extra time to make sure everything is perfect. I felt like my happiness was his prioriTy. Our carpets are 10 yrs old and look brand new. He uses a process that does not make your carpet so wet they take days to dry. They are mostly dry before he even leaves. He has very large fans that dry the carpets quickly. he protects furniture and drywall and even landscaping from hose damage. He uses a cleaning process that does not use detergent, as that will attract dirt after it is cleaned. He continually educates himself (attending classes and consulting with chemists) I have cream colored almost white carpets, two dogs, and a teenager. I also babysit dogs regularly that have accidents. Our carpets still look brand new. Mark will go above and beyond for you to make sure you are happy. Our house smells fresh and looks clean for months. I use him every 6 months because I babysit other dogs. He was recommended to me from a neighbor that used him. I will never use anyone else. I have built a positive relationship with him and can easily text him when I have a dog mess/teenager mess situation. Mark, the owner, came out to evaluate our needs, describe how the cleaning process works, and to give us an estimate. He was thorough, clear, and easy to understand. On the designated day he arrived on time, set up his equipment, and went to work. He was efficient, informative, conscientious, and (once again) thorough. And although his equipment extracts most of the water used in the cleaning process, he also brought along a couple of fans to help speed the the drying process. Was it the cheapest carpet cleaning service we investigated...no. But, the price was competitive, and we thought we got excellent quality for the price paid. In essence: a very good value. Bottom Line: Some years from now, when we want the carpet cleaned again, we're calling him.

I do not have any experience with the baby or toddler rooms, so I cannot speak to that experience. However, the pre-k teachers are PHENOMENAL! I cannot express how much these teachers helped my son. He is on the spectrum and they worked with him on so much. I cannot say how much these teachers mean to our family. The pre-k teachers care about each and every students that comes through their class. I get emotional every time I think about his time at this school. I will always be grateful for the pre-k teachers and the director.

As a parent to a toddler who went here and knew someone working here, I can't recommend this place…read more Very few photos of my daughter were taken, and when they were, they were photos of her isolated, with no interaction with other kids or supervisors. Feedback on her day-to-day activities, behaviors, and progress were only received the first few days. Other than that it was just times she ate, slept, and used the bathroom. The individual who worked there shared with me that she saw my daughter's (and other children's) caregivers on their phones, ignoring the children unless someone acted up, to which the most common response was just to yell at the kids. My daughter was never happy or even comfortable or relaxed about being dropped off there. I personally distinctly remember one time asking her caregiver if she could hold or pick up my daughter since I needed to get to work and she was clinging to me, and she rolled her eyes at me, sighed and said "Fine." The individual I knew who worked there had a supervisor with eight years LESS experience than her who bossed her around, was condescending and controlling, gossiped and complained about her behind her back (she overheard her on more than one occasion), and yelled at the children frequently. Staff are not treated well here. Not only are they required to take 30 HOURS of training UNPAID (in their own time), but are often told they need to get a CDA (which they have to pay for) in order to keep their jobs. I am barely giving this place two stars. I'd like to give it just one, but in fairness, they had some before and after school care teachers who were amazing (my older daughter liked them a lot) and there are some teachers who are genuinely trying their best. Other than that, I was extremely disappointed with my experience.
