We called on November 28th to make an appointment and December 13th was the earliest available spot which was not a problem because it gave us extra time to prepare before the technician arrives. Did anyone from Sunrise show up for the appointment? NO. Did they even bother calling us to reschedule the appointment they missed? NO. If I can give this business a negative star, I would do that in a heartbeat. UPDATE: It is now December 21st and there had been no contact from them at all. What is the point of making a customer go through all the trouble of waiting for their appointment date if you are just going to forget about them entirely?
