Turns out I signed paperwork to lease a tank in which was never deliverered and then 11 years later they come and remove MY TANK while my tank was 50% full. If you guys removed my tank that was on the property and replaced it with one of your tanks.. where did you put my tank??? I have it documented that I purchased the tank within the property purchase agreement from the bank! Then this company tells me I can have the fuel that I paid for if I figure out how to pump it out. So this company thieves a tank that is not theirs that is 50% full and I'm left with nothing. All because they made me sign paperwork for a fuel fill which included underwriting about leasing equipment that they never installed on my property. Go figure. Thanks guys.
