It's really not that difficult to shut your mouth and listen to your customers' needs and wants. Had a coupon for the cigarettes and she didn't even use it cause it pissed her off that he wouldn't pay her the attention he needed to to finish the transaction let alone get her the right item she asked for. Son almost didn't get his pizza as the guy was to busy bullshiting with other employees. A customer should not have to say multiple times what they need for several different items. When a customer is at the counter, pay attention to said customer, it's not that difficult. Even if it is work related, it can wait until you don't have a customer at your registar unless it's an emergency.

When I went outside and tried to pump gas, the pump just had the message to "please wait," and the pump was never reset. After a couple of minutes I went back inside, and asked a couple of employees who were talking if they could please set my pump so I could pump gas. A person, Shantelle, yelled at me as I was turning around that I had to pay. I explained that I did already pay, the pump just needed to be reset. She yelled at me in a demeaning way that she could show me how to pump gas. I walked out, and the pump was never set up so I could pump gas. When I came back in, I spoke to the kind cashier and was trying to ask her what was going on. She told me I would have to pay again. The payment already was taken out of my bank account. Shantelle, the asst. manager came and spoke again in a yelling unkind tone, and told me that she would not be allowing me to pump gas and I had to leave. Yes, I know there are security cameras, GOOD. I was speaking in a quieter tone and was aksing questions. I did not yell or speak in an unkind manner.

I stopped today, for some beer, because I had just put my dog down, and was heading to go bury him. So that is why I was very upset at the way I was treated by the woman who was at the counter. I couldn't find my Driver's license and so I asked if my sister could buy it, she said "no". (Why? She is of age and had her lisc.) I was just trying to say I understand because I used to worked at Wesco for 2 years. But she just kept going off, so I went outside. I found my license, came in to show it to her, and she said "I'm not going to sell it to you now because of your attitude."... now I wasn't that rude, I was distressed, however. I request that you check the surveillance video for that time. I don't want her fired, we all need to make a living. But she does need to be reminded about courtesy, and treating people with respect.. I was shaking from grief, perhaps my attitude was curt, and she didn't like me, for her own reasons. Dishonest, slow, unfriendly…read more Took 20 minutes to get someone to fill up propane. Then charges for a full tank even if it's not empty. I don't even know how this is legal under weights and measures. That's like saying we charge the same to fill up our car no matter how many gallons it takes. I hate it when companies try to act like its normal to take as advantage of travelers.
