So our insurance people suggested Jake's. My wife took the truck there and before we even were finished with the estimate, the insurance company had paid the claim. Almost $10K damage. We were moving to MD the next week, and Jake's guys got the truck in, fixed it, and got it back out within 6 days. Terrific customer service and expert repairs. Even fixed an annoying rattle in the headliner. For a little town on the border of the Black Hills, it is amazing to me that people like these guys exist. Finally got in touch with Dave who was kind enough to give us some advice free on the phone which worked for a short period before another major mishap the following day occured and we had to have it towed to his shop. He sent the tow truck and noted he would start on it asap and if he needed to would work thru the weekend to get the problem resolved. It was at his shop late thursday eve and by 130ish pm friday he had it repaired and ready to go. His cost was more than fair. Cant say enough about the excellent service and wonderful work.
