While I was at training a groundhog chewed through my wiring harness. A dog got out and tried to get the ground hog and chewed up the bumper and damaged paint on other panels. I was never contacted about the damage and the exhaust was never fixed until I was back and they gave me the car back with damages never being fixed. Sent the car back to get the grill fixed and so the bumper would stay on properly and headlights would mount. Called frequently and got ignored or told "we don't have time". After months of poor service and quality I got tired of playing games. Car still has damaged paint to hood, bumper and fairings. Lack of integrity and responsibility.

RV'd to Deadwood my first Dully had tire problems (I assume) arrived on Monday. the guy in charge…read morestated " no time till Thurs" so i said I would be there 8:00AM I returned Thursday morning. Previous day I could not stand it any longer so I, stopped by a Goodyear store. They rotated my tires within 30 minutes. What I was told by the tech did not make sense leaving out the rotation of the drivers side rear. So Thursday (Scott) "who told me to return Thursday got me into the shop, callled me outside to my truck, and stated that the rotation that was done would be something similar to what he would do putting the front tires on drive side (passenger side) and do exactly what was done. SCOTT seems to be a very dry no nonsense person, but after a few minutes of conversation about tire rotation and his experience, I was glad I confirmed that tire rotation was done even though he didn't do it. there was no charge for looking at my Dully. I would highly recommend Sturgis Tire Pro. GO SEE SCOTT.

I made an appointment and Ashley, I apologize if I remember her name wrong, welcomed me. I'm handicapped and too short to get into my sister-in-law's truck as I forgot my portable step. Ashley brought out a tire rim they used for a step stool and it worked perfectly! She even let us take it with us so we could do errands while they did maintenance on the van.
