[Parking]: Easy and free parking inside of a business park. [Products]: The shop has front and back areas and I didn't realize customers can also access back / warehouse area of the shop until one of the staff mentioned it. The front area offer smaller cardboard boxes while back area offer larger cardboard boxes, packing peanuts, and bubble wraps. However, I was looking for a small bag of packing peanuts and the shop only offers one HUGE bag of packing peanut for $26. Then I asked about bubble wrappers in smaller size and unfortunately they only offer bubble wrappers in bulk sizes. They don't clearly label prices so customers will need to ask the staff for actual prices. [Conclusion]: Overall this is a nice packaging supply shop for anyone who does e-commerce as a side hustle (bulk packaging supply purchase), but this is not the best shop for anyone who has this one-and-done shipping package as they have no need to purchase bulk supplies - I ended up at my local Walmart store and got what I need for my shipment. Personally I like Box City better, but they don't have any locations in Orange County.

I called about 20-22 different places and literally none of them could accommodate me. Today I was in the neighborhood and tried to search again. The box zone popped up and when I looked at their photos, I was overwhelmed with the amount of boxes they had. I got to the place and was immediately greeted. They were extremely helpful and quick to get my order started. So check this out... they literally MAKE whatever sized box is needed for my application and offer professional packaging services. The final price after packaging, shipping and materials was still a huge chunk less than what the local ups was going to charge and UPS said they were going to make a box out of 2 smaller boxes which is absolutely not what I wanted. I am so happy I found this place. I'm going to be coming here anytime I need to ship anything. Between the service, cost, friendliness, and attention to detail, you would be a fool to use anyone else! Thank you guys!!

I received the safe in working order and was pleased with its quality workmanship. However; down the road when the S&G mechanical combination failed to retain set manufacture settings; I was no longer able to open my safe and now left with contents locked inside. I tried the allowing for drift; going +/- 2 on the dial and still wouldn't open. Contacted Format; only to have them say they don't service them they are just the manufacture; gave me the number of someone that might be of help but that number was not in service. So I am left with having to contact a locksmith that will charge $160 for drift method; which I have already attempted; then $360 for drilling into my Quality American made safe because there is no service department or helpful advice from Format. Very disappointed in my purchase from Format USA. As of the time of this review; I have a locksmith working on the safe to gain access into my safe that is currently a very large and heavy paperweight. At least the guns are safe; too bad I can't access any of them if I needed too.
