While our service with them started out great, it went downhill…read more We have dogs and locked gates on our yards. For this reason we asked if they'd let us know before they came to spray, so we could make sure that the dogs were put away, gates unlocked, and they'd have access to spray the whole property. They said that was no problem, and they would let us know a day in advanced. They indicated they try to do the spraying a month apart. Generally 4-6 weeks. Two services occurred in which there was no call. During the second tick spraying, the employee confirmed that they had been calling an incorrect number. We corrected their file then, even though we had done this previously already with their main office (twice!). Fortunately my wife happened to be home during both of those instances and she was able to take care of the dogs and locks. When the time came for our 3rd service, the six week mark came. I called the main office because I hadn't heard anything yet and wanted to make sure we were still good. There were two women that I spoke to though neither were able to give me a straight answer. Eventually we received a call, though it was minutes before they said they were going to show up, and we were all an hour and a half away from the house. Had they called the day before, or even that morning, to let us know, we could have managed, but we were told that they wouldn't be able to spray us then, and that we'd be taken care of the next day. The next day came, and no call and no one showed up. Eventually we called the guy who called the day prior. He said that they weren't spraying that day. (This would have been nice to know the day before or at least a courtesy call to let us know, rather than us waiting around all day and calling them.) I then called the main office and was told that they were done spraying for the season and that for the few they didn't get to, they didn't know when they would. They were helpful and courteous while I was first setting up my service with them, and Larry (who I believe is the owner) was knowledgeable and made himself available to answer questions. However, the business as a whole has poor logistics, poor communication, and while they were quick to hook new customers, they did nothing to try and keep them.

He trust his customers to pay him electronically because he's confident in his work. He responded very quickly to my initial contact on a last minute request and did the job! I recommend his service if you don't want to have to follow with getting your maintenance of your lawn done. A plus, no contract, Scott allows you to cancel his service at anytime!
