Their shakes are made and taste the ways I want them to be, though I did notice that there was a difference of as much as 1" of shake in various glasses we received. The station for things such as condiments, napkins, plastic-ware, etc., was out of a few things. Even worse was the men's room, which needed some repairs and cleaning. I bet when Mr. Hut Mgr makes his heavy fisted personal pies at the end of his shift it's scandalously laden with copious amounts of sauce AND toppings. When I placed our order on their website I noticed that when I was paying by card, the form boldly solicited for a 'tip for the crew', which I didn't include. I even half jokingly said to my husband, do you think they'll make us sh*tty pizzas because we didn't tip. Surely they wouldn't do that! But, silly me, I hold others to the same level of integrity as I try to uphold myself. Is that why we got that dry cracker of a pizza, because we didn't tip on an already hefty price tag for pizza? The thing is, these Hut employees are paid a full wage. They aren't waitresses / waiters busting their humps for abbreviated wages that require supplementation via tips. And we picked it up, so there was no driver to tip. The virtual tip jar on their website is pretty brazen. However it would've been forgettable had they just made us some edible pizzas.
