Food was great. I LOVE their baked potatoes especially when cooked properly and this one was perfect!

ONLY DRIVETHRU open Doors LOCKED for anyone who wants to go inside. Its 1130am with a long line in drive through. The Wendy's is right off the interstate but the lobby area is closed? WTF. Why Have a walk in restaurant with the walk in portion closed? So disappointing as I love Wendy's but we been on the road 5 hours and wanted to come inside to sit. I would not recommend this Wendy's for any tired travelers who need to use the restroom and want to eat inside as the Wendys is all locked up. No signs as to why. read more

Oddest experience...The employees were either drunk or under the influence of some brain cell killing substance...They got the whole entire order completely wrong. For starters, I ordered 2 Pretzel Bacon Pub Chicken Sandwich Combos and the employees didn't want to heat up the pretzel buns so they asked if it was okay if we just didn't get them... 5 minutes later, we get the chicken patty and buns, but not the rest of the sandwich, so I told the women that it was not what we ordered. She then responded, and I quote: "You ordered the Pretzel Bacon Pub Chicken Sandwich, and well you got the buns. What's wrong with it? What do you want me to put on the sandwich?" I then responded, "I just want what's supposed to go on the sandwiches." She then goes "You want me to fix it right? Like you want the beer cheese, fried onions, bacon, and sauces on it? I can fix it right, but it'll take a long time, like an extra 6 minutes (it was obvious she didn't want to fix it)" ............Everyone in my car just looked at each other in confusion. Like what?? Of course we want what we ordered and want it made correctly. Why would someone even ask that? We also ordered a #1 without cheese....there was cheese on it. I also ordered 2 iced teas....got 2 lemonades. Wanted sauce packets...got different sauces than we asked for and only got 1 sauce packet to share amongst 3 people. I feel genuinely punked. As soon as I drove away, all of the employees walked out of the building and started eating on the curb...next to an extremely overflowing trash can. I'm not sure who's in charge of emptying the trash, but there was trash everywhere.... I honestly think this is my worst fast food experience. Do not eat here. There's no way they're not violating some health codes in addition to their lack of costumer service. read more

I would give this zero stars if I could! I was ready to enjoy my freshly cooked meal after a long hard day of work. But when I opened my Double stack burger I was disgusted to see this raw looking burger. It looked completely uneatable, I don't recommend this restaurant location. read more

This may be the slowest Wendy's that I've ever been to. I'm currently in the drive thru as I've been for the last 25 minutes all for 20 spicy nugs. I'm not sure if it is a staffing issue or efficiency issue but you're better off hunting the chickens yourself and creating a new recipe from scratch. Tried to stop here to use the bathroom on the ride home. Boyfriend went in as three ladies were coming out of the restaurant. I went to walk in a minute or so behind and the door was locked. Texted bf. He came back out and opened the door. While I was waiting outside, someone inside was sitting at the table in view of me looking at me but didn't get up to let me in until bf let me in. Then he guy proceeded to tell us the dining room was closed. We said we just needed to use the bathroom. The guy rudely says again that the dining room is closed and to hurry up. I go to use the restroom and there's no toilet paper in there. When I come out, bf said he asked the girl at the counter if we could order and eat in there and she said yea of course. We left and went to Pizza Hut across the way and had some exceptional service and clean stocked bathrooms! read more

The signs on the freeway make you think this is right off the road. IT IS NOT. This location is way the hell and gone away from the freeway. Not at all a good place to stop. Also, the cheap *insert expletives of choice here* don't have free refills or an accessible fountain drink. And, they over ice their drinks, so that when you buy a large drink, you get about 5 oz. of soda and a couple pounds of ice. Not only that, but the entire time I was there (over 30 minutes, I'm estimating) they made this poor girl wait for an interview. She was bored out of her mind because whatever damn person in charge would not come out. Couple that with the whiny off-duty worker who was there and complaining that he got sent home from a shift he showed up late for, and I would actively encourage that NO ONE go to this Wendy's ever. Order missing a small fry, did not have napkins and missing a fork for a salad.....caught the fry before we left, but not the rest until back in our hotel! Probably the largest restrooms I've seen in a fast food joint. NO BABY CHANGING FACILITIES despite a lot of room for it. Typical food. Clean. No where near the interstate despite what the sign says on I-77. Add a diaper changing station!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Usually always has the freshest food. Usually Well mannered staff. You may have to wait for it, but usually hot and well prepared. Only one bad incident, with a mouthy sandwich maker. Said she didn't know how to make the sandwiches look like the board, she didn't know this or that, on and on...I finally told her to shut her mouth. We were told it would be 6 minutes for our grilled chicken sandwiches, no problem, we waited, when our drive thru order came in, the fries were cold and the sandwiches were literally THROWN together, I was not happy, went in spoke to manager who thoroughly apologized, while mouthy teen never apologized. Manager was excellent, mouthy disrespectful teenager needs to be fired!!!!! read more

Stopped at this restaurant passing thru Virginia on I-81. Back in NJ, our local Wendy's is really good for a quick bite when the need arises. Went into both bedrooms to relieve ourselves and to wash up. I found the soap dispenser ripped out of the wall laying on it's side. I propped it up so I could get the soap out. Washed my hands and met my wife just outside of the bathrooms. She said that the ladies room had no soap at all, so I held the men,s room door open so she could wash her hands in the men's bathroom. We looked at each other and said "lets get out of here". On the way through the store my wife told one employee that there was no soap in the ladies rooms. She answered that her shift is over and went out the door. First of all, where do the employees wash their hands after the bathroom before they handle food? As for the employee over with her shift, I would have taken her 15 seconds to turn around and tell her manager about no soap in the ladies room, and these are the same employees who think about being short changed for not making $15 an hour! I say, Get a grip! you are not worth even minimum wage! it doesn't look good for the store manager either! read more

Wendy's had a very modern touch to it. They had very fast service even for a fast food restaurant. The cashier was very nice. I thought it was very good overall experience not including my experience in the bathroom. The bathroom, on the other hand, had a terrible aroma. You expect that in a fast food restaurant from all the people that have come in it that day, but this was at 11:00 in the morning. Also, the floors in the stalls were sticky. When I thought it was all over I washed my hands and the soap smelt like dirty feet. Then, I dried my hands and all that came out was a little bit of cold air. read more

This had to be the worst place yet. I love Wendy's but not this one. I stopped in at 1:35 today 11/11/2017 I got the 4 piece combo. I asked that my burger have "NO Cheese, NO Bacon" Mayo, Pickles, and Oin ONLY. When I went back to my car and was about to leave, I got the burger out ready to eat. It had Mayo, Pickles, and Oin. And Bacon and cheese. So I parked again, went back in and told the cashier. (She was very sweet) and told her it had Bacon and cheese. She took it to the back and told them No Bacon or cheese. Mayo, Pickles, and oin only. So I waited about 5 min and got a new burger and went back to the car. REALLY... It had Bacon and cheese. So I went back in and Told the little girl it was not right and asked to see the Mgr. when I started to say Mayo... She knew the rest and she said it had everything. I said Yes, but No Bacon No Cheese. She grabbed it out of my hand and SLAMED it into the trash. Then she came out with a new burger and kinda slammed it on the counter and said "BYE" I hate to say, but this lady needs another job, one where she does not work with the public.
