I will be going to other Wendy's locations for my nuggets and fries. The food is iconic, and in my experience, the staff have been very kind and engaging. But I'm tired if not getting items I've ordered! I've gone through the drive through, and the last four times, I've either received the wrong item or am missing an item from my order. The first order, I was missing one of my two Baconator fries. The second, I received normal fries. The third, I got spicy nuggets instead of normal. And this fourth time is the last straw, where I didn't receive my fries at all. I'm not paying for items I don't receive anymore! read more

I love Wendy's they always have the greatest Food however, most of the time whenever I DoorDash from there, they always forget my french fries (probably the Dasher fall, but there's always holes in my ranch with it. Every time I come here they always forget something. Whether that's the sauce , or even fries. The wait time isn't bad which makes sense as to why they forget everything. Wendy's seems to be pretty clean here both inside and out, other than the random people standing by their cars in the parking lot. read more

The food is as expected and the order was filled correctly. None of the employees were wearing masks. The pandemic is still raging with the delta variant and now the lambda coming into the picture. The tables are somewhat distanced but none were marked off. Will probably skip this one next time since it probably isn't the safest during a pandemic. read more

Every time I go in there at night, the people are rude, don't listen to your order and mess up all of your food and laugh about it!! It's ridiculous!! just had lady tell me they get most orders at night wrong because there is only 4 people working! We came here for lunch. We had a Dave's double with cheese, small fries, and a small cup of chili. Dave's double was delicious and it kept me full. Chili and french fries were good. This is a good place for a quick lunch. Customer service was excellent and the place was clean. read more

I have been here a few times with no issues then today 9/24/23 I had gone through drive through with my wife and ordered 2 burgers. When I got home found out they had gave me the wrong burger and I was going to let it slide. Mistakes happen. Then found out both the Pattie's were pink inside. Called store and manager offered to replace the order. Went in and got it replaced. Got back home and the parties were PINK again. Pink in a freshly ground burger is passable. Pink in a burger that is ground and formed off site in a plant is not. Wife is now throwing up due to taking a couple bites of the first burger. Maybe they have a new cook? Business was not busy during my visit so I can't think of an excuse to allow that to be put out. read more

This was the best fast food experience I've had in years. The staff was friendly and the service was lightning fast. Not only that, but the food was cooked to perfection. The lounge was clean and a cool place to spend a hot afternoon with some juicy burgers and refreshing sodas and delicious and perfectly salted fries. Thank you Wendy's! I stopped in after work at 1130pm I waited forever and the staff was rude and seemed annoyed that they had to work. I waited to place my order and I pay and receive my order. When I opened my bag of food the fries were all over the place and the burger I ordered wasn't even in there, instead I hot a chicken sandwich. I could have went back but how could they fix it if they didn't care bbn in the first place. The most impolite unprofessional experience ever. Have to keep your eyes open to spot this Wendy's. Hidden behind Sheetz on Maynard. We've been there a few times and have had no problems. We like Wendy's over McD's and BK. Just our preference. Really like their spicy chicken sandwiches especially when there are coupons to be had. A real fan of frosty's and we have the little card that gets us a free junior size with our meal. Great idea for charitable cause. And yes, they always ask vanilla or chocolate. read more

Just waited several minutes to be served inside & were completely ignored while everyone took care of drive-through orders. Someone finally asked us if we'd been served. When we said no, they continued to ignore us. Manager was scooping French fries and never even looked our way. We finally walked out. read more
